  1. Multiple users for the Git extension

It would be great if it would be possible to create multiple users which can use the Git repository. Today only one user can access the Git repository. It is the admin user which was created during the creation of the subdomain. New created Web Users for the subdomain can not access the Git repository. It is a feature which I am missing because I wanted to host a private Git repository for our small private team.

  2. Generate a deploy key per repo in the Git extension

Currently, the Git extension only generates one deploy key per Plesk user (according to @PleskHelps on Twitter). Unfortunately, GitHub doesn't allow a deploy key to be used more than one time across ALL repos, meaning every single GitHub repo requires a unique deploy key. As a result, I can clone only one of the 40 some repos I would like to on my Plesk installation.

I would like to suggest the option to have a unique deploy key generated for every single repo you want to clone. That would make the Git extension infinitely more useful for me and many…

  6. DNS Authorisation for Let's Encrypt

    Described in https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-acme-acme-06#section-8.4

The problems with mail/webmail/lists subdomains could be obsolete, because a _acme_challenge.lists.domain.tld txt record could be challenged.
So no problems with webroots etc.

  7. Python / VirtualEnvironments via Plesk

Since plesk supports individual Ruby, Node and PHP settings per subscription there should also be extended support for Python.

It would be a good approach to enable / disable python per subscription by allowing / disabling access to python and to setup a virtualenv per subscription so that every subscription can have different packages with different versions installed.

  11. Appending strings using Plesk API

    Hello,

Please add Extenshios API usitlity and method which allows to append string into a file.

Now it is only possible to read from a file and overwrite a file:

  12. Ability to issue wildcard certificates via Let's Encrypt CLI

We now have the ability to issue wildcard certificates via GUI, but it would be handy to issue the wildcard certificates via CLI as well

  13. SSH keys with passphrase protection

Bitbucket repository provides the possibility to generate SSH keys with passphrase protection for better securing.
However, Git extension in Plesk doesn't support passphrase protection and fails with "Permission denied" error.

Consider adding passphrase protection as it will increase the security.

  15. Support for Helicon Ape

Helicon Ape is a great tools for the support of .htaccess with IIS. I was really surprised, that Plesk does not support it yet.

We like to move from WSP to Plesk, but we need support For Helicon Ape.

Plesk should allow to edit .htaccess from the UI.

  16. Create Reports for Clients

Plesk currently has many great extensions. It would be amazing if you could get the data from these extensions and generate report for customer about its website.

    For example, report could include:

    - Page speed optimization (Data from the Google PageSpeed Insights extension)

    - SEO optimization (Data from the SEO Toolkit extension)

    - Website security (data from Wordpress Toolkit, Sucuri Security Scanner, Advisor and Revisium)

    - Information about updated plugins and themes (data from Wordpress Toolkit)

  17. Git extension deploy using git's own worktree

There are limitations with the current git deployment system, including:

    1. You cannot edit files in-site and push them back to a repo. You must make all changes elsewhere and push them in. This can be limiting.
    2. You cannot see what has changed in the deployment directory. If we could "git status" we could easily find scripts that hackers installed. Currently this can be done by setting --git-dir and --work-tree options to git, but that is painful.

  20. Let's Encrypt Email Address settings

It should be possible to define a default email address which (optionally) overrides the email address normally used be Let's Encrypt Extension for Plesk.

I suggest to add config options 'default_email' (string) and 'override_email' (bool) to the LE extension. 'default_email' defines which email address is pre-filled in the "Email" field when first installing a certificate, and is used instead of any previously configured address if 'override_email' is set to true.

'override_email' could also be implemented per-domain, so that it can be set for some domains only, perhaps even in Service Plans?

Additionally, a mass action to update multiple domains' LE…
