WHMCS Email Templates
OK ... here are the facts.
Plesk is getting better with great features.
WHMCS is probably the billing system that most use since it is affordable and easy to work with.
Ergo ... Plesk need to provide email templates on WHMCS that we can use.
Not sure why you have until, unable to work with WHMCS team to create a comprehensive email templates like cPanel's.
You understand the flow; Team WHMCS understands its billing system.
These are simple things you can do to remove this idea that Plesk is difficult to use which we hear from developers and businesses here.

Expand WHMCS integration/module
The WHMCS module is very basic and lacks a lot of features. Some features to integrate and consider are to integrate WHMCS social/2auth integration with Plesk social login/2auth. Another integration is to allow the client to control their installation from the WHMCS panel and add configurable options such as plugins. Also, the client shouldn't be required to set a domain when purchasing a service, it should only ask for hostname since some will have multiple domains on their Plesk.

Ability to select Plesk Multiserver node from WHMCS
Add the possibility of being able to select which node to use on Plesk Multiserver when creating subscription via WHMCS.

Having possibility to add multiple addons to service plans
Hello,
can you consider adding possibility to have one Service Plan Addon to be added multiple times to one subscription?
For example Service plan with 2GB of hosting space could be extended with 5x of 1GB plan addon. This could be used with WHMCS which allows buying configurable options to hosting plans during hosting time period and users could extend their hosting space whenever they need it without changing their hosting plan to higher since they mostly need hosting space without any additional features.

Allow storage of second email address so Nublue invoices send to me AND our accounts department!
It would be helpful if a second email address was stored so Nublue invoice emails were sent to BOTH me and our accounts department. At present I have to remember to forward each one to them. Also causes problems when I am on leave. PLEASE!!!
