  3. Add PHP pcntl support

    I'm try to running and HelpDesk software that is requiring pcntl support.
    I have no idea on how can I safety enable support for PHP pcntl support.

    I need enable support for pcntl_signal.

    Would be useful some instructions.

  5. Enable option for dom extension in php setting

    I need to install some package from softaculous and its required dom enabled in plesk control panel. If there is a way to enable it, please tell me. Thanks

  6. The newest PHP version on my site for wordpress 5.3

    Hello, my site have an old version of PHP ( 5.4.45 ). How can I update to the newest version ? I want to work on Wordpress 5.3, so its requaired actualy version of PHP on my site.

  9. PHP settings should not reset to default when customer changes PHP version

    PHP settings are customized in the service plan:
    memorylimit

    max    executiontime

    max    inputtime

    post    maxsize

    upload    maxfilesize
    opcache.enable

    disable    functions

    In a subscription with this service plan assigned, PHP settings are reset after php version changed under customer account. They should not be reset.

    Hello, a few days ago I uploaded my website to www.aguasconsultores.cl but it turns out that the contact form does not work correctly, when you click on the send button, you only download the html, do not send it, please help, I understand that you can be a server problem that does not support PHP

    To solve your issue, please contact your hosting provider (the company that hosts your website) and request support from them directly. We are the authors of the software you and your hosting provider are using, and unfortunately we cannot help with this particular request, because we do not host your website. We are closing your request as it doesn’t include any software improvement proposal.
