"cache requests with cookies"-settings that if there is a cookie with no value (eg. set by a third party app like intercom), the settings will be ignored and cause a MISS cache.

Hot Link in WHMCS
I recommend that Plesk module in WHMCS have a feature where WHMCS admin can via the product and service tab have a link that opens the Onyx CP directly. This will allow admin to efficiently access the Onyx node hosting the service even the as the client vs Onyx admin as all the details needed are shown on this page. Please see attach showing a similar function in PPA

Make code collapsible
It would be nice to be able to collapse the code tag by tag. This feature is available in Notepad++ and is very useful while working with specific portions of a code within a code that is pages long. A sample is attached.

Hello,
Plesk builds of PHP 7.1 are available in for all Plesk Onyx versions.
At the same time, Plesk 12.x reaches complete EOL (including end of extended support) at the end of 2018. -
add server SSL usage detail or report function in plesk panel
Hello, i'm Alan.
Today, i remove old ssl and install new ssl, server license in Plesk >> Tools & Settings >> SSL Certifications.
but, SSL Certifications Menu, just show usage count only.
i just want to more information. like what site use this license.
but, Plesk only show usage count, so, i try all site check, manually.
in my case, over 200 site check, manually each 3 server.
it's less many time.so, i suggest, plesk show more SSL Certification information(using site domain, or ssl using report, etc) is better.

Dear Plesk Support,
I would like to specify a fixed prefix and/or suffix for additional FTP users.
My current Problem is, that I’m creating subscriptions over the XML API, which btw is really nice, and set the FTP username and password, as required. The Problem occurs with the name of the FTP users.For Example: I’m going and let the Subscriptions have an internal ID:
WS10001
WS10002(WS stands for Webspace)
So the FTP Username is going to be something like “ws10001ftpdefault” or “ws10001ftp1”.

Add Reload Server to menu
Restarting a web server is overkill when all that's needed is a Reload. On Linux from the command line it's "service httpd reload". This re-reads configs files rather than restarting the web server.

Plesk (12.0.18 and 12.5) imports the folders from /var/www/vhosts/chroot/* in the document root of the subscription. That looks like this:

Sorry, each software shall focus on something and do what it can do the best. We decided to not go for developing billing functions in Plesk. Instead, you can take almost every major billing system and benefit from what they do the best – invoices, charges, etc. i.e. WHMCs has a very good Plesk plugin developed by us.

remove subscription general domain
current subscription have an first domain as general: /var/www/vhosts/general.tld/
all additional domains stores under /var/www/vhosts/general.tld/additional.tld.
user story:
1. when creating subscription ask for subscription name (for example "sub1")
2. ask for first domain in subscription (for example "thedomain.com")
3. ask for additional domains in subscription (optional)
result:
1. directory tree:
/var/www/vhosts/sub1/thedomain.com/...
/var/www/vhosts/sub1/seconddomain.com/...
2. more complex ssh\sftp user accounts:
- subscription system user home: /var/www/vhosts/sub1/ (with\without chroot)
- thedomain.com user\owner home: /var/www/vhosts/sub1/thedomain.com/
3. it's simplify for moving sites\domains between subscriptions
4. it's simplify to implement run-php-as-user features, f.e. chroot in php-fpm, mod_ruid2, apache-mpm-itk.

GIve new user access to more then one subscription
Example:
- client or reseller have 10 subscriptions
- if we want to create new user, we can give him access to only one subscription or to all of them
- if we want to give one person access to the e.g. 5 subscriptions, we need to make 5 different users with different emailsSolution would be to select subscriptions where we wan't to give him access to while creating account.

After re-login, do not push me to dashboard page, I want to continue from where I was.

Assign an extra one-time use sum of traffic (and disk space)
Temporarily upgrade an account regarding disk space and traffic usage. Upgrade till next monthly cycle. At the end of the month this temorarily upgrade resets to 0. (Original quotas setting will not be changes in this process)

Suspend to preview only
Allow the preview URL to remain available when a site gets suspended.
This way, when a site gets suspended because of a reported infection;

Login to panel using standard SSL port with additional IP address only used for Panel login.
Plesk default configuration needs to use TCP 8443. This port is blocked by many corporate firewalls and generally looks tacky that the user needs to specify this in a URL.
There are numerous posts on how to achieve this using a dedicated IP address for the Plesk Panel, while all other functions including mail, web, dns use the real Plesk IP address.
Parallels should allow this configuration and support it where a secondary IP address can be assigned to Plesk Panel instead of using the non standard SSL port of 8443.4 votesA panel cannot physically work on standard port since it resides on different web server and the standard port is already taken by a standard web server.
