"Advanced Monitoring" management via CLI or template
To change default Thresholds for Server Health Monitor it was possible by upload custom template.
For "Advanced Monitoring" it's possible to change Thresholds only via GUI. That is not fast if you have many servers.
It would be have to make a feature to be able to manage "Advanced Monitoring" via command line or via templates. It

Visually masking internal IP to external IP for Plesk behind NAT
Plesk does not have a feature to visually mask in the panel the internal IP address being used with external one used in NAT. We have a scenario where the customer has specifically asked for the same during Plesk trial although not quite sure how exactly this will work (where IPs should be masked, how will be IP for masking will be selected, etc.)
The main issue is that since Plesk Panel resides on a private IP, all the server information located in the panel, contains the private IP and not the public one. Is there a way to "map"…

Modification of application installation path
For instance, Joomla installs to a subdirectory called /joomla which makes the URL of the Joomla site: www.domain.com/joomla
That is not an acceptable path. Our customers are then moving the Joomla files into their root /httpdocs directory for a better URL for the site. After that, the default buttons in the panel no longer work. It would be great if you could make the path editable for the customer to continue to use the installation buttons to get to their site and administrator panel from the panel.

functionality which allow to read messages in console (command line window), if the website created in node.js.
If website created by node.js, in file "index.js" might be code like this:
app.get('/', function(req, res){ console.log('blablabla'); ... res.send("hello world"); });
We want to see messages of console, but Plesk dont have functionality for it.8 votesIn September 2022 the NodeJS logging was added as a separate option to the "Logs" ("Domain Log Browser") link of a domain. (Internal ID PPP-55966). Allow fetching action log via CLI or store it at /var/log/plesk
Would be nice to have a log viewer added to plesk cli via something like: plesk bin action_log
Or just logging to a file in /var/log/plesk
8 votesImplemented in https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/obsidian/change-log/#plesk-18041
Added the plesk bin action-log CLI utility. The utility can be used to extract action log entries in raw or JSON format, and also to manage action log rotation settings.--

to include an anonymize option for the apache/nginx logs!
In Europe - especially in Germany there are several laws to enforce privacy for the visitors of a website - I am talking about data protection legislation.
Up to now there is no option in Plesk for anonymizing access- and errorlogs. All solutions given on the internet are intermediate stopgap solutions that do not work well...because Plesk will overwrite the config- or template-files which have to be modified to make the anonymization work....
Please integrate an option for logfile anonymization!!!Kind regards
Christian

Be prepared for Debian Bullseye
Debian Bullseye should be released in Summer 2021.
For Buster, it took a whole year to have a compatible Plesk version. Please improve on that and aim to have a version ready when Buster arrives.

plesk control pages should include robots noindex metatag
All PLESK control panel pages (:8443) should include a robots "noindex" metatag in the <head>-section, so Google would not index them at random.

docker or lxc
It wanna be nice to have docker or lxc in Plesk integrated, in that way like "cockpit" have it. That you can easily create container, set start parameter login over a console. All this over a web interface.
Sadly at the moment virtuozzo even don't support docker - but maybe it will in the future :). And the are the doors open for docker in Plesk.

Please remove the very annoying suggestion window when creating support tickets
It's really very annoying if the input field in the right area is reduced again and again when opening support tickets in order to offer unsuitable support articles. If the articles were at least helpful, the whole thing would still make sense. However, this is rarely the case. Even if you click it away and enter a new word, it will reappear immediately.
5 votesHi, these suggestions are a part of a whole searching process on the Plesk Help Center website. It helps us in analysing what people search and it also helps people with suggestions. It is very important for us.
We will work on search improvements to show better results. Thank you for your feedback.

Make all e-mail templates customizable (including password reset e-mail)
One can currently already customize a number of e-mail templates by going to "Tools and settings" -> "Notifications""
However it would be nice if all e-mail templates where present there. The e-mail that is sent out on password resets is currently missing.
I would like to edit that so that the panel's URL in the e-mail does not point to port :8443
(we run a setup as described in: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213945625-How-to-make-Plesk-accessible-on-a-hostname-without-entering-the-port- )5 votesNotification message based on HTML template is implemented in Plesk Onyx 17.9 Preview 13 https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/onyx/change-log/#179-preview13
