    I discovered an error. If I fail a hostel and back to activate the FTP account created with hosting stops working. No matter if you change the password, stops running forever. This error requires me to create a second account FTP whenever suspend a hostel.

    in the example photo account "aeduco" never worked, I had to create a second FTP account. This problem has occurred with all accommodations.

We are the authors of the software you and your hosting provider are using, and unfortunately we cannot help with this particular request, because we do not host your website.     Could you tell us more about this? IP address pool for hosting can be configured right after installation via UI or command line interface, Plesk panel itself is started on all available IP addresses.

  9. 1 click website restoration to other plesk

    Summary: is it possible to restore my website from plesk to another plesk.

    Details: I rented a server with plesk. the server crashed but I had website backup in Dropbox. I rented other server, connected to the dropbox, it showed the files when I tried to restore, it failed.

    Any solution?

  10. Provide Localhost license

    Almost every web developer has a local server setup for testing development purposes. I have 3 plesk licenses for production servers but miss it for my local server.
    I recommend to provide a free plesk license for 127.0.01/localhost. This will encourage more and more developers to use plesk. They will finally need plesk for live server when they are used to of it.
    This is specially needed when promising panels like CWP are coming up for free.

    link above for Odin Support -- received the message:

    HTTP 404

    Most likely causes:
    •There might be a typing error in the address.
    •If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.

  13. More Information on Why a Subscription has a Red (?) Mark (so often there's no clue)

    Often I find subscriptions have a red (?) mark next to them. If I put my mouse over it to get more detail, all the statistics are within their quotas. If I check the subscription in the Business and Customer Manager, everything is fine. Sometimes subscriptions are even suspended (like after my update to 12.5) and I have no idea why - just that annoying red question mark!

    Can you clarify what scenario you are asking about? Please explain your request in more detail.

    Upd:
    Please look at plesk_dir\admin\logs\php_error.log and let us know if there are any issues. If you see anything suspicious, please report this on our forum at talk.plesk.com.

  15. PHP Additional Directives Not Working :( Or Am I doing Anythng Wrong?

    Greetings, hope all are fine..
    I am having a issue...
    I am trying to add Additional directives to my site.

    as suggested on that page, i add a directive but that doesn't work (i faced server/processing error). Later when i check .user.ini file using remote desktop access i noticed that directive is not present there. So, i put manually on that ini file. Then my server problem goes away..

    so, i think either that's a plesk bug or may be i am doing something wrong?

    i have also attached screenshot...

  20. Changing PHP settings does not trigger Event Handler Physical Hosting Updated

    In Plesk 12.5 when I go to Hosting Settings and change PHP version, the trigger for Physical Hosting Updated does not get run.
    I have a Drupal site with Drush where I would like to update the path to the current PHP binary the site is using.
    This can be done via a script that writes to <HomeDir>/.profile

    export PATH=/opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin:$PATH
    export DRUSH_PHP=/opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin/php
