Monthly outgoing mail limits
Currently, it is possible to create hourly limits for outgoing mail.
It will be useful to be able to configure it for other timeframes, such as Monthly outgoing mail limits.3 votesMonthly outgoing mail limits does not seem to be a popular feature as it only received 3 votes in 4 years. For that reason we must decline this request.

Dedicated webmail and pop and imap url for all sites.
So that webmail.server11.xxxxx would have own setup page with ssl settings. And it would be overwritten on Plesk updates etc.
Also for pop and imap.

Emails moved to spam folder are deleted after 30 days. Make the number of days changeable in Panel / API.
I want to change the number of days an email is deleted from the spam folder, but there is no way to do it.

Roundcube design
It would be good to have Roundcube looks different for each Server (at least an Option to choose Design as Hoster) to have more Cooperate Design. At Least some Colors and Logo.

Why are you do not use skins functionality in Roundcube (https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/wiki/Skins)? I think you can create a copy of default skin’s directory and replace logos (https://talk.plesk.com/threads/plesk-11-5-roundcube-mail.292149/).

Remote Smartermail - Specify mail IP
we are using remote smartermail.
We have 3 plesk onyx servers that we want to use 1 Smartermail server but we want each Plesk server to use a IP for mail
ie Plesk-1 would use Mail IP xx.xx.xx.xx.01
Plesk-2 would use Mail IP xx.xx.xx.xx.02
etccurrently when plesk creates domains on remote smartermail it uses "default IP" this is what we would like to be able to customize in Plesk.

Spam Filter - option to move spam-positives to a spam folder on the mail server
At present it seems the only options in dealing with emails the spam filter detects as spam are either (1) tag messages their subject lines, or (2) delete them completely at source.
Our experience is that (1) leaves a lot of undersirable junk still incoming to the email client programs, and (2) is very dangerous as emails from new customers can suffer a false positive and disappear forever, leaving us with no clue we just lost a customer / sale, or why!
Having a third option to move all spam-positives to a folder on the mail server would give us…

allow DKIM "Verify incoming mail" setting on a customer/domain base
There is a global setting for DKIM, incoming and outgoing.
Customers can choose if they want to have their outgoing mails signed using DKIM but they have no possibility to say: "I want to have the incoming ones checked"

E-Mail only for client / Constrain client to mail management
So I am setting up the WebAccess for a Abonnement right now and I am trying to setup all settings so that the client has no insight to FTP nor any other hosting related data but mail only!
So the client should be able to manage mail accounts solely.

Hi.
I think it would be easy if clients could download a configuration file to there devices for example a iPhone that configures their mail account.
And the option to sync contacts between accounts.

Variables would be very usefull to create personal eMails.
In the subject field there is already this variable: RE: <Reply Subject>

Outgoing email limits: Please provide a way to separte in-server sendings from out server sendings (and therefore more critical)
As mentioned in http://forum.odin.com/threads/outgoing-email-limits-is-there-away-to-take-out-emails-sent-within-the-distribution.333512/#post-783419, we see that mails sent from one mailbox to another even in the same domain are taken into account for the email limit feature.
Such situations rarery arise from a stolen password or compromised clients which typically send spam to the outside world. And on the hand disturb some automatic internal tools programmed by the clients that do send mass mailings for internal processing.
Therefore we would like to have a way to out specify scope of the outgoing email limits either for everything, out-of-server emails or out-of-domain-or-subscription emails.
