Add Horde Webmail GPG support
Horde already supports GPG encryption and key management. It would increase mail security a lot if it could be configured from plesk.

Implement use of several IP address for a mail server and automatic rotation between them
Implement use of several IP addresses for a mail server and automatic rotation between them - for example, there are 4 IP addresses on the server - mail server should be able to automatically change IP address for sending emails.

Matrix, not listings for whitlist
I suggest
Currently, the whitelist for each mail account is stored as individual lists. In groups (families, small businesses, clubs, etc. ) these lists are time-consuming to maintain. It is easier to maintain these as a matrix. So I suggest to keep the TAB "whitelist", but to link to a single central matrix file.2 votesThank you for your input!

Mailserver Config Check reguarding DNS and Spam
It would be nice if a Preflight check were there. Check SPF Record, Forward and Backward DNS lookup, Send a testmail to mail-tester.com and parse the result to have ideas why own mail are spam....

Mail Autoresponder, receive only a single message during the specific date indicated in the "switch off auto-reply on"
Add a new field/option that allow to send an automatic response to a unique email address no more than 1 time until the end of the indicated period in the "switch off auto-reply on" (and not for the single day as now).
Feature useful when an "out of office" user receives different messages from the same person, without having to receive/send the same warning message everyday.
For example: If John emails you during the date indicate in the "switch off auto-reply on", John will receive an "out of office" message only one time, no matter how many emails he sends…

automatically deactivates
It would be a good idea to be able to fill an end date in the absence wizard, so that he automatically deactivates.
I - and I'm probably not the only one - forget to turn off my absence wizard on a regular basis. So from colleagues or patients I get a message that I have forgotten.
Does not come across very professionally.

Allow adding option in Plesk mail settings to hide sender's IP in email header.
Postfix supports such functionality.

Allow for extensions on Roundcube that don't get overriden on updates
Currently if we install extensions on Roundcube they can get wiped out when Plesk updates, is their a way we can protect the folder from the updates or allow Plesk to install Roundcube extensions for us.

implement dynamic mailing lists
Microsoft has a feature called "dynamic distribution groups" https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123722(v=exchg.160).aspx
This is usefull when you want to create a distribution group for the whole company or some departments.
Should be simple to implement by using the contacts fields: i.e. company name or department has to be the same and the firstname and lastname fields must not be empty. The department, firstname and lastname fields should be added to the contact details and should also be immediatly visible during creation of a user.

It would be useful to have a SPAM reporting black reference list available to everyone, which we all can submit too
A central reference list of spam domains and IP ranges that (we can submit new entries to for approval to add to the list) and also apply either individually or globally to our domain emails accounts.
Also help files to guide the less experienced to understand how to recognise spoofed email addresses, domains and how malicious email campaigns run and their structure.

Batch insert Server wide white and black list values
Please update your white and black list feature to batch insert Server wide white and black list values.
I whould like to copy and paste a list of values (each value in a row) into a field to update the b/w lists.
Right now it is a pain to add values to a b/w list.
Alternatively, where can I copy a .txt file with b/w list values?

Administrator-notice via Mailrelay/PHP-Script
It would be nice to integrate a special mailfunktion (e.g. single mailrelay-function or a php-script) for the administrator-account, so notices to customers are not send by the pleskhost itself rather by the relayhost which hold the company-domain.
E.g. we have hoster-company-domain www.hoster.tld and plesk-machines plesk1.hoster.tld, plesk2.hoster.tld.....plesk100.tld... so, what to do? SPF-records for each host to send mails via notice@hoster.tld? Thats not a nice solution...at the end u have maybe hundred of pleskhosts allowed to send with @hoster.tld allowed via spf-records... (and a spf-record with maybe hundreds of ip's in it or a complete ip-range)

Replicate mailboxes from post office to plesk mail interface.
Create a script that allows for mailboxes within our mail server that are not present in plesk to be replicated into plesk mail interface. Basically the mchk.exe tool in reverse.
