Hello,
please show and edit E-Mail Account Status from Mailenable in Plesk.
In Mailenable (Enterprise) I can enable or disable an E-mail account (without deleting it).
I can´t see the status or edit the status in Plesk.
Please update this.Thanks

Kaspersky-check email in inbox : After virus definition update Kaspersky/Dr Web antivirus should optional also check email already arrived.
After virus definition update Kaspersky/Dr Web antivirus should optionally also check email already arrived in mailboxes. This should be as an option to the user per mailbox.
Many times new viruses pass through both of these Antivirus solutions. However, just after 15 to 30 minutes when virus definitions are updated Kaspersky/Dr Web rejects the emails with the same viruses.
There should be an option to check the emails already arrived in mailboxes after certain period of time as many times the emails are not downloaded immediately but after few hours.

Use the same White and Blacklist in Plesk 12.5 and MailEnable 9.5
Question:
In Plesk under Mail Server Settings --> Server-Wide Mail Settings we´ve added a Whitelist, but I can´t see that list under MailEnable Enterprise 9.5.Answer from the MailEnable Support:
I don't think the whitelist and blacklist options in Plesk are synced within MailEnable. The Plesk control panel use their own white listing and blacklisting mechanism therefore you are best contacting Odin's for assistance here.Please sync to only one white and black list. Two different Status are confusing!!!

Pre-configure Greylisting for common mail providers like GOO or MS
Hi,
It seems more and more difficult at those days to make greylisting working correctly by default and that is generating always the same problems in mail delay and customer questions or claims.
Following what we can read in http://forum-dev.odin.com/threads/greylist-high-delays-from-protecction-outlook-com-and-others.334180/ , it can be a good idea to have more information while activating the greylisting (actually just a check box) and having a pre-configuration or an updated list with the common IP of those mail providers.

Display and Limit Incoming / Outgoing Traffic for all accounts.
In the company I work we have a huge problem, as Email Traffic seems to increase by about 5GB daily without any obvious reason. We are just a few people, and we don't use that much the emails. The problem is that we often overpass the maximum provided bandwidth and then we have problems with emails.
From the controls it seems that there are not many outgoing mails per hour (about 220 max outgoing per day from all of us depending the day). Thus we can't identify the source of the problem.

is it possible to implement a similar feature to mailinblack system, when an account receive a mail, before its delivered to its mail box, the system will send a verification email where sender need click on a link and type a captcha to validate that sender is a human, when sender do this then his email is delivered and his email is recorder in autorized sender, next time he will send mail, it will be delivered without verification.
the account owner can also add manualy emails to autorized list, wich avoid the sender to get the verification email.

Apply spam filter for forwardEd messages on destination mailbox
We have two email addresses, say A and B, on the same Plesk server. A is configured to forward messages to B. Now, only the spam filter on A is applied to such forwarded messages.
This approach is not correct. Spam filter configured on B should be applied. For example it is now impossible to get spam messages sent to A (and forwards on B) to be delivered in Spam folder of B.

automatic template setup of basic emails for new domains
Have an option for adding "info", "admin", "social", "shop" and automate the making of the addresses with templates, so for each new domain you add in Plesk these addresses with automatically generated passwords sent to admin, and all email settings fields configurable for each email account in the template(s).

add advanced footer controling of outgoing emails
It would be really fine to have the possibility to add a signature to email accounts (this idea was posted before and i even voted for this).
But what would be even more fine is the possibility of giving an advanced controling:
- signature at server-level | eg: "message was tested against spam by xyz-freemail.com"
- signature at domain-level (*@sld.tld) | eg: company xyz, street
- signature at user-level (user@sld.tld) | eg: regards mr. abc
Every "snippet" should be added from level | in this example:
"regards
mr. abccompany xyz
streetmessage was tested against spam by xyz-freemail.com"

In Outgoing Mail Control show the time of last *failed* attempt instead of last message sent.
Actually, if the mail status is "Sending", the column "Last attempt" still shows the time of the last mail successfully sent. This is highly misleading for the sysadmin because make us thinking the mailbox is sending spam again. We expect to see the last failed attempt!
