  1. Disable mail service simplified

There is actually no way to create "real" "Web service only" subscription. If the subscription plan is set without any mailbox the mailservice is enable on that subscription BUT not accessible in the panel. It's necessary to change the subscription settings to access the disable button or in command line by :
    /usr/local/psa/bin/subscription --update domaine.com -mail
    service false
Without disabling mail_service the web service will not be able to send email to subscription's domain external hosted mail address.

It would be great to be able to set a plan of "web only" subscription to host website when the mail…

  4. Better fighting spam

Hello Pleskians, here some appointments for a better antispam solution

    • All major spammers knows rules of spamassassin so he very ineffective.
    • The training mode (inside of round cube) "Mark as spam" DOENS'T WORK, does not matter how long, how much you mark as spam.
    • If this suppose to work will be better to have a server-side to learn with all customers.
    • there is a plugin to integrate on Roundcube maybe will work
Control SpamAssassin settings from within Roundcube
      https://plugins.roundcube.net/packages/johndoh/sauserprefs

    • into domain blacklist - please block as well subdomains

    • Create a separate area to add a mailserver black list based on…

Upd: We’re happy to announce that DMARC support is now available in Plesk Onyx. You can enable DMARC to check incoming mail on a Linux-based server (using any mail server supported by Plesk) or on a Windows-based server (using SmarterMail only). For more information about DMARC, see https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/onyx/whats-new/#s17

Notice, that the request remained opened and please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

  5. Plesk Migrator should be able to migrate customers, Resellers and Service Plans that do not have any Subscriptions attached

Service Plans with no Subscriptions assigned as well as Resellers and Customers that do not have any Subscriptions assigned are not migrated via the Plesk Migrator to the new Plesk server by design, because they are considered obsolete and unnecessary.

Yet in many cases, such a transfer of data in necessary, due to which an option that allows this to happen should exist.

  6. Migration and Restore Troubleshooter

The Migration Manager has become better over the years, but there are still occasions in which restores and migrations simply fail due to error messages that do not make sense. We had similar issues with web configuration files, and thanks to the Troubleshooter Extension they could be greatly minimised.

Migration Manager could benefit from a similar extension - perhaps on both the source and destination server and correct problems.

  7. FTP setting should be managed from Plesk Gui.

There should be a checkbox to set active/passive/both mode of connection and ability to set passive ports range directly in Plesk.

  8. include language selection

Is there anyway possible to have a language selection (e.g. dropdown) for presence builder? Or is it already planed?

I don't mean the language selection when you create a website but more the option where a visitor can change the websites language on his own. It would be enough to have language files included with predefined settings where the creator can adjust the texts.

I think this would be a very nifty implementation as for business websites its nearly mandatory to select the language.

  9. Allow resellers to use remote FTP backup, but prevent them from changing it's settings

To let resellers use the ftp archive without letting them change the FTP remote settings could give Administrators more control over backups.

  10. Change database autogenerated name convention in APS

Installing Wordpress 8or other apps) via APS, the autogenerated database name is something like 'wordpress_N' with N incrementing from 1, that is non-sense and causes great troubles when using Plesk Migrator to migrate a subscription to another server when there are already installed applications.

You may name the database like 'wordpressX' with X random, or include part of the domain name in the database generated name, for example if domain is named testdomain.tld the db name maybe 'testdomainX'.

  11. Add domain reputation based spam protection lookup in server-wide mail settings.

Add domain reputation based spam protection lookup such as the feed from dbl.dq.spamhaus.net, in addition to the existing IP DNSBL.

The feature request is asking to protect recipients from spam by a domain reputation based lookup. However, this is already available by simply adding a suitable DNSBL like Senderscore to the DNSBL settings. Other solutions would require Plesk to operate their own DNSBL service, but that is not the task of a control panel.

  12. Improve speed of Migration Manager re-sync process

Because there is a re-sync option, the overall speed of the initial data transfer with Plesk Migration Manager (PMM) doesn't matter that much (to us), however when re-syncing the speed of the process is super important because domain web and email services on the source server must be down/offline to prevent data inconsistencies. The re-sync process currently takes roughly 1 hour per 100 subscriptions.

Here's three ways the re-sync process could be improved to minimize web and email service downtime:

    # 1. Fetch configuration data ONCE

PMM batches 5 subscriptions at a time, and prior to each batch of 5,…

  13. Show in dashboard list of domains which subscription expires into the next days

We often forget the domains which expires subscription into the next days. Plesk send emails many days before, but will be good into the homepage, to be able the admin to see the subscriptions all together which ends into the next days. Admin will be able from Plesk settings to set the number of days he want.

  15. Possibility to manage time syncronization in Plesk on Debian 10 / Ubuntu 20 / CentOS 8

Plesk supports Debian 10, Ubuntu 20 and CentOS 8, but currently it's not possible to manage network time settings in Tools & Setting > System Date and Time > Network Time on these operating systems.

Despite of having native systemd-timesyncd.service (that manages time syncing out of the box), it would be easier to manage NTP time settings using Plesk interface.

  17. Add option to modify the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size Globally via Plesk Admin

Add the option to modify the uploadmaxfilesize and postmaxsize Globally via Plesk Admin > Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings.
The "Maximum message size" is already a Global setting in "Mail Server Settings" and these 2 settings should also be there.
Currently the only way to modify these settings in Linux is via a command line in Terminal and Horde, RoundCube, & Kolab all use different php.ini files for these same settings. I believe it would make for a much more user friendly experience if these options were a Global Setting modified…

There is no localization available for Plesk migrator tool which is rather new extension provided by Plesk. As for now, it is available in English only.
    I wish it in German.

  20. Automatically select the certificate in Domains > example.com > Mail Settings > SSL/TLS certificate for mail for newly created domains

When the new domain is created and when the option 'Keep websites secured with free SSL Certificate' is enabled on a service plan level as per: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001575134, the certificate is not automatically selected in Domains > example.com > SSL/TLS Certificates for mail, only for 'webmail'.
