  1. "Add another" button when adding mail

    It happened to me a few times that I had to create a bunch of mails, over 100 mail accounts. I'd be really nice to have an "add another" button on the bottom, which saves the new account, but reloads the page so you can add another. A minor feature, but think it could make someone's life easier.

  3. Improvements for Wordpress Toolkit

    Disable the built-in code editor adding define('DISALLOWCODEEDIT', true); in wp-config.php

    Anonymize login error message because it actually tells you what is wrong (the username or the password), hooking into loginerrors with addfilter('login_errors, function() { return 'Login error'; });

    Apply permission 400 (-rw-------) to wp-config.php

    Change login URL avoiding the standard /wp-login.php or /wp-admin/ (pre)installing plugin "Lockdown WP Admin" or applying the same idea.

    Block brute force (pre)installing plugin "Limit Login Attempts" or applying the same idea.

  4. Email import tool

    It would be a great idea to be able to import mail for individual email accounts via POP3 from other servers.

    This would be great for customers migrating to you so that they can keep all their email.

    Would just need fields such as:
    -Hostname
    -Username
    -Password
    -Port
    -Encryption

    Implemented as the functionality of Site Import 1.2.0 https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/onyx/change-log/#17811-mu20180516

    Added the ability to import the content of mailboxes hosted on third-party servers with the IMAP access into mailboxes hosted on a Plesk server. Now users can import emails from Gmail or Yahoo! Mail mailboxes and from mailboxes managed by control panels (for example, Plesk or cPanel). All folders (including custom folders) and emails contained in them are imported. The “read” or “unread” status of imported emails is preserved.

  5. Use the same license on different servers

    Hello,

    Please add the possibility to purchase an extended license for mail servers with Plesk.

    It would be helpful if I prefer to separate my mail services from my main hosting.

  6. Make the limits for CPU, Memory and Disk (cgroups) customizable per every single subscription and not just for service plans.

    At the moment you cannot lock the service plan for a subscription and customize the cgroup limits. You can just limit them for all the subscription using a single plan. Indeed, customizing on a per subscription base will be useful in order to limit any resource uverusing.

  7. Show and edit E-Mail Account Status from Mailenable in Plesk

    Hello,
    please show and edit E-Mail Account Status from Mailenable in Plesk.
    In Mailenable (Enterprise) I can enable or disable an E-mail account (without deleting it).
    I can´t see the status or edit the status in Plesk.
    Please update this.

  8. Plesk admin control panel warning if any mailbox is reaching limits

    Presently, I normally learn that a client has a full mailbox when they call with email issue. I am thinking it would be nice if when I login the Plesk admin control panel, it would be nice if a small area could show if any mailboxes were at 95% or great capacity. Maybe call it Mail Level Monitor. Then if I could decide to up the level, or contact the client to talk about mail client settings & mail management. A proactive approach.

  9. Enable fetchmail feature

    I would like to enable and configure fetchmail on mailbox level. Main reason is easy migration for customers to new hosting providers including moving mails from existing mail servers.

    "fetchmail" is already installed together with PLESK, needs just to get properly configured.

  10. Limit number of local backups when option 'Both server storage and FTP(S) storage' is used

    Add more customization to the Backup Manager > Schedule > Both server storage and FTP(S) storage, e.g.:
    Create a limited number of backups on server storage (option to indicate the number of the backup specifically for local storage), in order to save disk space

  11. Add Expand Option to Mail Addresses Page

    Add an option to the Mail Addresses page to expand all the forwarding emails. For example, rather than saying "(and 4 more)" list all 5 forwarding email addresses, not just the first one for each email address on the display.

  12. Add subscription-level option to separate mail and hosting IP addresses

    It is possible to choose a specific IP address for mail server-wide. This option should be available at the subscription level, so each individual subscription can choose a dedicated IP address for mail without affecting the others, and without having to change the IP address used for hosting.

    Sometimes I need to create a new e-mail than load all the mensages received in the old count in the new one.

    Could you clarify your request? Do you mean “account” instead of “count”? If you do then you can rename mail accounts through Plesk. You should do the following steps in Plesk 12.5:

    1. Open the domain where you have the mail account you want to rename
    2. Open “Mail” in the menu of the domain
    3. Find the mail account that you want to rename in the list of mail accounts
    4. Open the account to edit
    5. Edit the field “Email address” on the “General” tab. Enter a new name of the account
    6. Click OK to submit the changes

  14. Add possibility remove domain from remote SmarterMail, when mail service disabled by administrator manually

    Currently Plesk has not remove the domain from the remote SmarterMail server and just disabled the it due to business logic (When a subscription is suspended, mail service and hosting service will be temporarily stopped to avoid losing mail data)

  15. E-Mail settings for additional administrators

    When you create an new additional administrator you can´t choose, which emails an administrator should get.
    It is a bit disturbing, when every administrator gets every notification (for example Application Updates).

    When you have an dispatcher which is the main administrator, the forwarding will send all emails to an administrator twice.

    I hope there is something possible without changing the administrators email address.

  16. Add CLI command to enable mail management functions in Plesk

    For automation it would be create, if it is possible to enable mail management functons under Server-Wide Mail Settings via CLI.

  19. fix calculation for resource limit alert of addons

    Think this is a bug: Having a small service package with 3 GB space, should alert when 80% are full. Added an addOn to extend space with 1 GB more. Now email alerts for reached resource limits are sent when 80% of 1 GB ist reached... The alert should be sent when 80% of 4 GB (3 GB + 1 GB) is reached.
