  1. Send Plesk's notifications over authenticated mail

    Feature to use SMTP authentication for Plesk's notifications, as some recipients (as Gmail) may block or put in spam these mails for not being authenticated.

  2. Include mail enabled/disabled in Action log

    Plesk does not include events about enabled/disabled mail service per domain in action log. So if mail is disabled/enabled on domain by someone, there is no way to see that. It should be included in action log.

  3. Add Nagios support

    It would be nice to add Nagios support in Plesk, since there are no other tools to monitor Plesk mail server, such as Postfix, to check mail queue, ability to send messages etc.

  4. add a general rate limit option for service connections in iptables

    Similar, but not the same as proposed in https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions/suggestions/46431970-add-rate-limiting-rules-to-fail2ban

    Problem:
    Scrapers and bad bots are reacting to an increased propagation of Fail2Ban bad bot rules. Their new tactic is to collect a number of domains hosted on the same ip address first, then to send burst style requests to all these domains "at once" so that they get a response before Fail2Ban rules kick in to ban the ip address of the requestor. Since 3/2025 in some cases it has been observed that these attack style bursts can be so massive that they drive up the cpu usage…

  5. Delete mail import settings

    If I import mails I enter username and password. These are stored so I can synchronize at any time. But when I wish to delete the credentials, there is no option for it! Username and password are store in clear text somewhere on my provider's server and they cannot be deleted. That is a security failure!

    Possibility to log in to the specified email account when you click on the email account by accessing the mail tab.

  7. Provide bulk opening when opening e-mail account

    When opening an e-mail account it is necessary to provide bulk opening. We need to open many mail accounts at the same time as a uniform password.

We are the authors of the software you and your hosting provider are using, and unfortunately we cannot help with this particular request, because we do not host your website. We are closing your request as it doesn’t include any software improvement proposal.

    increase the Black List and White List field in Spam setting, if possible improve the rules, since some e- mails pass even when configured

    Allow adding option in Plesk mail settings to hide sender's IP in email header.

    Postfix supports such functionality.

  12. Adding a "Requeue" button to the Mail Queue interface

    Currently, there are three buttons in the mail queue interface.
    Refresh, Remove, Clear

    These are fine when there is Spam in the mail queue but for normal emails, it would be nice to have an additional "Requeue" button.

    Now, when I spot an email that shouldn´t be deferred I have to log in over SSH and execute: /usr/sbin/postsuper -r ALL to requeue them.

    Just like the "Remove" button works for selected emails the "Requeue" button would work for requeueing selected emails.

    We are happy to announce that the ability to Track Email Delivery is now available in Log Browser 1.8.0. In the new version, Plesk customers (as well as Plesk administrators) can track email delivery and manage deferred emails right in the domain card (under the "Mail" tab). If an email has been deferred, it is also possible to resend it with the Track Email Delivery tool.

  13. Limit number of local backups when option 'Both server storage and FTP(S) storage' is used

    Add more customization to the Backup Manager > Schedule > Both server storage and FTP(S) storage, e.g.:
    Create a limited number of backups on server storage (option to indicate the number of the backup specifically for local storage), in order to save disk space

  15. Manage other mail servers through Plesk, when there is no local Mail server

    The idea is for Plesk to use and configure mailboxes as well as manage them on a remote mail server, with least as possible configuration on a local server.

  18. Easy change the main website on a subscription

    Currently the main domain must be renamed to change the main domain. This is cumbersome, especially if e-mail addresses are still assigned to this domain, because they will be also renamed. It would be more convenient if another already existing domain could be set as the main domain, e. g. by clicking on a button "Set as main domain".

  19. Add additional permissions on Application User Role for mail only accounts

    I have a need to turn off the aliases and password management under a specific domain in mail settings for an Aux user. It would be nice to be able to create a new role and turn off these management features just for those users. I was a little shocked more granular permission management was not already in place.

  20. Add customization option for "Configure Email Client" window

    Suggest adding the ability to customize Domains > example.com > Email Addresses > Mail information" pop-up help icon. The following sections should be editable:
    Configure Email Client
    Manual Setup

    Currently it is hard-coded and it's not possible to officially customize the text, or, say, the link that leads to Plesk documentation that describes basic setup steps on default ports.

    Reasoning:

    1. The outgoing server port 25 is blocked by most ISPs and will not work, we encourage SSL/TLS encryption on port 465

    2. Incoming Server Ports, we encourage SSL/TLS encryption on IMAP port 993 or POP port 995
