Add customization option for "Configure Email Client" window
Suggest adding the ability to customize Domains > example.com > Email Addresses > Mail information" pop-up help icon. The following sections should be editable:

Manual SetupCurrently it is hard-coded and it's not possible to officially customize the text, or, say, the link that leads to Plesk documentation that describes basic setup steps on default ports.
Reasoning:
The outgoing server port 25 is blocked by most ISPs and will not work, we encourage SSL/TLS encryption on port 465
Incoming Server Ports, we encourage SSL/TLS encryption on IMAP port 993 or POP port 995

Implement use of several IP addresses for a mail server and automatic rotation between them - for example, there are 4 IP addresses on the server - mail server should be able to automatically change IP address for sending emails.

More support regarding free text mail forward in Onyx
E-Mail lists were removed in favor of free text e-mail lists and multiple address forwards between Plesk 9 and 14.
What is missing now, however, is some textual support for adding local mail addresses to a list, which should allow auto completion or list selection for those addresses hosted with the same installation, customer or domain.1 voteThank you for your input!

Fail2ban: ability for global setting to have mail alert feature
In Plesk 12 current settings of Plesk fail2ban manager has not the ability to set globally a action for blocking and mail alerts.
At this time you have to add a action sendmail... for every jail!
Adding a macro like:

maintain basic functionality like mail redirection, when quota is exceeded
Problem: The last backup exceeded the quota and plesk blocked the account. The web-site was not working any more without giving any hint. We were not able to reach responsible persons internally, because even mail-redirection was blocked. Maybe plesk tried to send a mail that the quota is exceeded, but we never received a mail, probably because mail was blocked.
Suggestion: Maintain basic functionality when the quota is exceeded, like mail redirection, mailbox as long as mailbox quota is not exceeded, useful message on the web-site, etc.

Auto responder email to use same address as incoming (alias)
Allow the Auto responder on email to respond "from" the address of the incoming email.. In other words if the incoming email is to an "alias" of that box, the outgoing email response comes from the same alias address

Ability to add MX DNS record with a custom priority from Plesk GUI
Currently, MX record the dropdown priority options are available at an interval of "5".
However, Google Mail and G-Suite require to create MX-record with a priority 1, which is not available in Plesk.

Please, add ability to set other MX priorities in Plesk interface.
20 votesThis functionality was added in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.30. G Suite can now be set up with the Plesk DNS service because it is now possible to set an MX priority value to 1 in the Plesk interface. Let us know if you have any feedback.

Webpresence-Builder with SMTP-Auth and Config-Choice of an existing Mail-Account
Its not new, that all Scripts shull been send via SMTP-Auth! As on an workarround in moment, why webpresence builder works so as scripts works in the 70th, the sendmail function must been allow for the complete abonnement and this is a security hole! So this must been urgend resolved in the programation, that the client can change in webpresence builder to mode: send via SMTP and then select only one of the existing mail-accounts?!

I.e. if configured domain = unitedstudios.co.uk
Non existent user e-mail box can only be redirected to an e-mail address with a prefix of @unitedstudios.co.ukHas some issues this week where Spam e-mail was being sent to random address for a domain and was being forwarded to an external hotmail domain, causing IP Address sender score issues.

Add two score thresholds to spamassassin
If the spam score is above the first threshhold, flag the message as spam or deliver it to Spam folder;
Reject it immediately (preferably during the SMTP session) or just discard if the score is above the second, higher threshold.
This way the customer would have more control over the anti-spam system, allowing much less true spam mail to enter the mailbox.

Reset password from login screen
Reset password: Choose a domain or reseller username and request password. then send out a confirmation mail to email what is in your database. Then after confirm, reset PLESk access.

Possibility to use several and different mail clients as per domain basis
Use different mail clients for different domains, as example.com would use Roundcube while example2.com would use Horde (or another 'separated' Roundcube instance).

Import emails in batches
There is a Mail Importing feature in Site Import extension, but it is possible only to migrate emails one by one. It would be great if there is an ability to migrate a couple of mailboxes at once.

use Plesk as Backup MX server
Please allow usage of Plesk Onyx (postfix) as Backup MX server
at the moment it is not possible to configure Plesk Onyx as Backup MX server, so even I have multiple Plesk servers available, when main production server is down, all e-mails in that time-frame is lost :((
if we could setup Plesk as Backup MX server, that would give us some redundancy so e-mail should be fine on backup mx server, until primary mx comes back online

Please add option to Plesk Migator: "migrate Emails from Rackspace mail service to Plesk.
