    There is a serviceplanaddon utility to automate the creation of service plan addons. Unfortunately this utility has no option to increase the parameter diskspacesoft. It would be very helpful to increase the warning limit when increasing disk_space and quota...

  5. Allow hosting email directly on Google when using Google Workspace extension

    Currently, Plesk sets DNS records for mail to mail.<domain> pointing to the Plesk server and creates accounts in Google Workspace as well as accounts locally which are then relayed to Google Workspace, so emails go through the Plesk server and become unavailable if Plesk is down even though they are hosted on Google

    Please add possibility to set the mail records to point directly to Google

  6. Allow multi-thread options in Plesk Migrator to speed up huge migrations

    The Plesk Migrator tool is very limited when migrating a big amount of subscriptions, databases and mails.

    Checking the CPU usage when performing a migration, Plesk Migrator utilities are not reaching 20% of the CPU because this tool is not supporting multi-threading.

    Therefore, due to this limitation, a huge migration can take a few days or even more than a week to be completed.

    If Plesk Migrator would use the full capabilities of the hardware available in our servers, the migration can be faster and match our migration deadlines.

    It would be great that a few options…

  8. Define maximum number of saved backups in Service Plan

    As an administrator you currently can define the maximum number of full backups to store. This maximum number applies to all backups, stored locally or remote.

    This is a feature request for:a) defining a separate maximum for locally stored backups and a separate maximum for remotely stored backups. b) as well defining those maximum numbers in service plans.

    The option to define the maximum number of stored backups in a service plan would allow administrators to fulfill backup needs on a per customer basis. And even sell additional backups to customers who might have a need for much longer backup retention.

  9. you should have archiving feature, global address book, shared calender and contacts in both flavours of linux and Windows for better sales

    have archiving faciltiy for users to store both incoming and out going copy of mail box in a seperate folder or mail box which is of a readable format without any restoration.
    And also global address book, shared calender and contacts, drag and drop of mails

    Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, this request contains several different suggestions, and it’s not technically possible to properly handle them inside one request.

    Please consider creating separate feature requests for each of the items below:

    - archiving facility for users to store both incoming and out going copy of mail box in a separate folder
    - mail box which is of a readable format without any restoration
    - global address book with shared calendar and contacts

    We could consider the possibility of implementing these features in upcoming Plesk releases, if they will be popular. Please create a new request with each item, so that others can vote for it. Thank you.

  10. Additional option for overuse policy- Overuse is allowed up to x %

    I would like to have option to set overuse policy as:

    Overuse is allowed up to x %

    - after percentage threshold is crossed then suspend and send e-mail notification
    - with ability to set up percentage freeley, but suspend when disk usage is 110 % or 130 % and so on.

  11. Integrate webmail mailenable logs with plesk panel.

    Hi,

    Please note that Mailenable webmail logs are not integrated with Plesk and so because of that the logs are not getting generated while mailbox users change there E-mail ID password via Webmail (Mailenable).
    Please get mailenable webmail logs integrate with plesk.

  12. eventually fix the mailman bug which is there since plesk 8

    After every update to plesk I have to manually fix the mailman entry in /etc/postfix/master.cf
    It should read: mailman unix - n n - - pipe flags=Ru

    plesk updates change the flags=R which means that mailing lists are broken if they contain upper case characters.

    As far as I know problems in mixed cases in Plesk mail services have been fixed. Have you checked this issue in Plesk 12.5 Preview (http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP12/parallels-plesk-12.1-for-linux-change-log.html) ? If it is reproduced – please write step-by-step instruction how we can check it. Thanks.

  13. New plan for startups

    Make a plan that sits between the Web Pro Edition and the Web Host Edition, it could be the Web Startup Edition or anything like it.

    The idea is to make a plan that has at least 150 domains as limit, which is very good for a startup at a reasonable price of say $25.

    This will help people who is growing as a business with Plesk but doesn't have the infrastructure to sustain huge servers with tons of customers just yet.

    The current tier for Web Pro Edition does not help in this matter as 30 domains is…

  14. Set HELO/EHLO name in MailEnable on Windows at Plesk installation

    A default Plesk install on Windows incorrectly sets the MailEnable hostname to servername.home which is invalid and will cause blacklisting of the Plesk server.

    It must be assigned manually:

    ...which also may require creating a subscription on the server because the MailEnable settings requires the "sending notifications" email to be locally hosted.

    A proper hostname should be set at installation, or at minimum a notice shown to the Plesk admin that a manual setting change is necessary.

  16. Changing Mailbox Sizes Permission

    I'm looking to do what many other web hosts do which is to sell off mailbox space.

    I don't want to increase everyone's mailbox size yet, this seems to be the only way.

    There is a permission that I can remove from most people to stop them editing their mailbox size. But the Owner / Customer that I'm selling to will still have access to set their own limits (up to the max limit)

    I want to be able to offer mailboxes at 2gb, 5gb, 10gb etc. But not allow all of the customers …

  17. Active mail queue, what is sending/deffered/blocked ... more details than now

    Hello parallels, it could be very cool to have logs of sent/blocked/deffered etc... of emails...just an user/domain/time and email status ...

    And most important, to have CBL/Spamcop etc checking is the server on blacklist... Just to have some kind of alert

  18. "Save now"-button for mass mails

    Here is the problem: when u are logged in as an admin and have activated session logout and you are writing a mass mail template (and sometimes it needs more time than the session logout is set), you are going to lose the whole template because of automatic logout. So it could be very helpful creating a new Button called "Save now and continue typing". It is really frustrating to create a new template and type again when you are logged out because of timeout ;-)

  19. Add curresponding CLASS / ID to each page in plesk

    In order to support custom css themes, there should be a top class / id that represents the page we're viewing right now.
    There is no way to say via CSS that we view smb/web/view or any other page. So Custom CSS rules are applied broadly to all pages, which limits the option to hide elements, add "::before, ::after" content, redesign specific pages and not all pages with certain CSS rules.

    How should it be implemented:
    You can implement page classes / ids in the html tag or body tag or right after body tag.
