Add ability to edit/remove email import in Site Import extension
If mail is imported with wrong settings by mistake, e.g. [Import to * existing mailbox/ create a new mailbox] or [Destination email *] fields are set wrong, it would be handy to have an option to edit those settings after the import or to revert the import operation.
Now there is only re-sync option is present.

Fix Summary Report on 11.5.29 (update 3)
Bug Report: Summary Reports E-mail..
If you utilize either the Scheduler OR a manual "Send E-mail" option under the Summary Report, you receive an e-mail address to the administrator e-mail, along with the name of the administrator. (I.e. "John@server, Appleseed@server, Webmaster@server) where John Appleseed is the person responsible, and Webmaster@server is his address.
This presents itself in a direct upgrade from 11.0.9 (update 53) to 11.5.29 (update 3) as performed this morning. This happened both in the automated daily report (which I've had in place for a while, but did nto show as…

Possibility to choose the SMTP port to use. Or both ports
Possibility to choose the SMTP port to use. Or both ports
I know we have this option: enable SMTP service on port 587 on all IP addresses
But if that option is enabled, all services continue to use port 465. And it also continues to use postfix, for example.
The ideal would be to have an option that allows us, in some way, to select which SMTP port to use and that when the desired port is selected, it will automatically reconfigure (or ask us) postfix and other related options.
Of course, later I will have to modify my mail…

Plesk admin should have control over all possible notifications sent by Plesk
Plesk admin should have control over all possible mail notifications sent by Plesk. For example, Plesk admin should be able to enable/disable notifications which inform that Plesk failed to generate web server configuration files. Some Plesk owners may already have checks and notification mechanisms in place for Nginx/Apache, as well as several other services.

Please show what is about to be deleted in the confirmation dialogs
I appreciate a lot that you ask users if they really want to delete.
In many cases one doesn't know if they have (unintentionally) selected too much. So it would be nice if either a list of objects (subdomains, mail addresses or what ever) or at least the number of items being deleted would be shown.2 votesThe improvement is available since the 18.0.38 version (#PPP-54067)

plesk migration only Synchronize already migrated domains
On huge migrations that have been delayed for days we need perform manyal sync of mail boxes, files and databases to be able all info is in sync before change IP's or DNS.
This feature is already present in Plesk 12.x, but only as option for current migration. Please, could you take consideration add
"Synchronize to check if there are any updates for **************************** components." as stand alone option to keep in sync already completed migrations?
This feature could also match partially: #5284370-synchronize-plesk-servers
and could fit needed by other users like: https://talk.plesk.com/threads/plesk-panel-migration-manager-is-there-a-way-to-do-an-incremental-resync-after-initial-transfer.333719/3 votesThank you for your input!

Don't activate new services by default in existing service plans
If you add something new to plesk (for example node.js or the mail autodiscover), this function is automatically added to existing service plans. This is not desirable.
I want to choose if I want to add node.js to a particular service plan afterwards... Now I have to disable it in every service plan where I don't want it.

Matrix, not listings for whitlist
I suggest
Currently, the whitelist for each mail account is stored as individual lists. In groups (families, small businesses, clubs, etc. ) these lists are time-consuming to maintain. It is easier to maintain these as a matrix. So I suggest to keep the TAB "whitelist", but to link to a single central matrix file.2 votesThank you for your input!

Email forwarding stops forwarding mail back to the address that sent the mail
We have an email address for "operations", which forwards emails to three separate accounts. When someone on the team replies to an email, it gets sent to "operations" and all of the other addresses listed. "operations" then receives the email and forwards it back again to the address that sent it.
My idea is to have an option for the forwarding email to NOT forward emails back to the email address it was received from. It recognizes that email address is in its forwarding list and won't forward it…

Plesk advanced notifications settings
It would be great to add an additional tab in Tools & Settings > Notifications > Settings with some additional option:
1- Method of delivery:
1.1 - Default (Using Plesk server)
1.2 - External SMTP Authentication2- Possibility to set a senders email address:
2.1: root@hostname
2.2: Plesk Admin email
2.3: Custom email3- Customize "Reply-To" email address
I could see that some of these options were already mentioned in your UserVoice, but the optimal solution is to add all of them together.
Here some of these existing requests:

Stop postfix from delivering mail locally when MX record points externally to avoid mailbox hijack e.g. @gmail.com addresses.
Prevent mail interception / hijack where any customer can create domains when not prohibited explicitly and intercept for example a john.doe@gmail.com mailbox because SMTP will deliver this locally if the mailbox exists.
Almost every domain on the internet does have its own MX record and many of them are operate their own email server (not only Gmail). Why not address this potential security issue by checking MX records not only if the domain exists locally.
1 voteThank you for your idea! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.
Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.
For the time being, please consider using Tools & Settings > Security > Prohibited Domain Names to prevent users from creating well-known domain names in their accounts.

Add possibility to configure Plesk to relay all Plesk notification emails to another SMTP server that requires authentication
Currently, Plesk notification emails relayed to another mail server return "said: 550 Authentication is required for relay (in reply to MAIL FROM command)" errors.
A set of separate settings that allow you to configure Plesk to relay all Plesk notification emails to another SMTP server while using authentication would be very helpful for such setups.

Change webmail attachments limits in the Plesk interface.
It is currently possible to change webmail attachments sizes only via config files on the server as explained in the following article:
https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404961923474
Would be convenient to change webmail attachments sizes in the Plesk interface.3 votes -

remove checkbox for "Access to the Control Panel" if no permission to manage auxiliary user accounts
Our service plans are pretty locked down because our clients aren't very tech savvy. Having the ability to manage auxiliary user accounts is not something they need, and the option only confuses them. So our service plans have this disabled. Unfortunately, the option still exists when creating a new email address (or editing an existing address). This causes two problems: it creates confusion, and it creates a new user that they don't have permission to edit or delete.
The "Access to the Control Panel" checkbox and the "User role" drop-down should be removed from the mail settings (or at…

keep up with .Net core and install Node.Js on Windows
I have Godday and they are saying They are limited by Plesk on what frameworks are available. The version that Godaddy is offering is stuck on out-of-date .net core frameworks that are no longer supported by Microsoft. the most recent I can run is .net core 2.0 for crying out loud 5 is already out and 6 is only a few months away.
Also ??? why ??? no Node.JS options available on windows? I'm a .net developer and most on the site are portfolio sites or small sites that I really could use the most recent .Net framework and…5 votesTo manage up-to-date .NET versions, use https://www.plesk.com/extensions/dot-net/

Allowing additional email addresses for mailuser
This would allow mail users to perform a password reset on their own. Currently this is not possible, because the email with the reset link would be sent to the own address. (To which the users usually have no more access without a password)
For reasons of data protection, it would make sense that the email passwords can be reset independently and not by the provider.
2 votesFor each mailbox an external-to-domain mail address can be stored to which a password reset mails will be sent should the "forgot password" link be used by the mailbox user. This additional address can be configured on the mailbox configuration page.

A way to manage many plesk servers from a single Master server even if it a top level over view
From here you could see all the servers in use, users on them, suspend / unsuspend. See server loads and limits. Create users / accounts etc. You could search for any domain / client and locate which server they are on easily.
