  1. Remote Mailenable or any other email server

Plesk already provided with Remote Smartermail same like

if Plesk provides Remote Mailenable or any other email servers. which will be easy to manage mail server remotely instead of the same server to reduce the emails via scripts and blacklist issues.

  2. Make subscription limits applied to a customer account even without their first domain name added

Currently, I need to add a domain name/subscription to my customer's account first in order to apply the desired subscription plan for the customer. I wish these limits could be applied during creating of the customer account so that the customer can then add whatever domain names they want...

  3. If you cannot replace this system with the previous (much more intuitive) system; then perhaps you can have a sort and search facility.

If you cannot replace this system with the previous (much more intuitive) system; then perhaps you can have a sort and search facility in this supposed 'upgrade'. I have over two thousand e-mail addresses on my mailing-list. Administering it has - with the introduction of this new system - become a nightmare!

  4. implement dynamic mailing lists

Microsoft has a feature called "dynamic distribution groups" https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123722(v=exchg.160).aspx

This is usefull when you want to create a distribution group for the whole company or some departments.

Should be simple to implement by using the contacts fields: i.e. company name or department has to be the same and the firstname and lastname fields must not be empty. The department, firstname and lastname fields should be added to the contact details and should also be immediatly visible during creation of a user.

  5. autoreply only for certain subject match or from address

I would like to be able to configure the auto-reply feature to only fire if the subject does not contain certain words (E.g. Mail Delivery Failure or Delay etc.) or from a specific address (e.g. a known non-monitored mailbox)

  6. Please support OpenLDAP in Plesk

I am looking into options on how to use LDAP with mail users in Plesk domains. So Postfix+Dovecat config in Plesk should support OpenLDAP, and Plesk should also allow to setup, configure and administer an OpenLDAP server on a per-domain basis.

  7. Make greylist compatible with uservoice.com

Currently uservoice.com is still trying to send me mail, but always using another relay-xx.uservoice.com server, thus getting stuck in the greylist again and again.
Plesk should ship with a greylist configuration that works with the sites used by Plesk.

  8. When whitelisting an email gateway, SpamAssassin should stop checking those mails from the whitelisted gateway

We want to use an email gateway on our Plesk servers, however when adding such gateway in Whitelist, other services still take place (for example SpamAssassin, which marks emails as spam).
That shouldn't be like this, and we expect that when whitelisting a server, mails from it will always arrive.

  9. add support for -o inet_protocols=ipv4 under just the smtp setting

I would like to be able to specify the smtp protocol from the user interface.
Specifically, the solution to the problem described here on the official postfix documentation:

    https://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#smtp_address_preference

The setting "smtpaddresspreference = ipv4" is not a solution for remote servers that flag email received over IPv6 as more 'spammy' (the client IPv6 address has a bad or missing PTR or AAAA record, bad network neighbors, etc.). Instead, configure Postfix to receive mail over both IPv4 and IPv6, and to deliver mail over only IPv4.

    /etc/postfix/main.cf:
    inetprotocols= all
    /etc/postfix/master.cf
smtp ...other fields... smtp -o inet
    protocols=ipv4

  10. Bulk Edit Services

Why is it not possible to have a list of all domains and edit some setting with one click for all of them?

For example: Bulk deactivate DNS-Service for all Domains. Or Mail-Service. Or Bulk create "Let's Encrypt"-Certificate for all. And so on...

  11. Missing option : "Include in the traffic usage calculation" (web, email, ftp...)

At the moment, traffic calculation is common between all categories:
    Websites, ftp traffic and emails.

In my case, I would like to ignore email traffic.
    Example:
    - Have 50GB/month traffic quota, I wish to apply this quota to everything except mail traffic
    - Customer has currently 30GB web traffic and 30GB mail traffic
    - Customer receives overuse mails and there is nothing I can do about it.

    I suggest the following

In "Server Statistics Settings", there is already an option called "Include in the disk space usage calculation".

You could add the same option for traffic:…

  12. Allow setting MAILFROM field in crons from Plesk Interface

When a customer adds a cronjob within the Plesk interface through "Scheduled tasks", they can set the recipient (MAILTO field) of the cron with the "Send notifications to" field, but there is no option to set the sender (MAILFROM field). By default, the sender for crondaemon is user@server.tld, which in our case causes SPF errors with the receiving mail server of the recipient.

We do not give our clients CLI access, so they cannot manually set it with the crontab -e command, nor should they (the whole point of the Plesk Interface is for GUI-style…

Thank you for your idea and your additional explanation. As the use case is probably an edge case, we'll need to see whether many other users believe that this is an important feature that they need.

If you believe it is an important feature, please continue voting for this feature request.

  13. WordPress Toolkit should handle wp-config.php with 660

For wp-config.php, the rights with 660 are commonly recommended for security purposes. But WordPress Toolkit is not able to handle this at the moment and notifes by mail:
"Updates were not installed for the following items:
    1. Instance "/httpdocs" (domain.tld): Failed to parse wp-config.php: Unknown error occurred"

  14. Custom color wheel for private branding

Currently, Plesk provides only two options for branding customization, which can be limiting for users managing multiple internal companies with distinct branding needs. I propose the addition of a custom color wheel for private branding in Plesk.

This feature would allow administrators to choose from a broader range of colors, offering more flexibility in aligning the Plesk interface with specific company branding. For users handling multiple companies, this customization option would be a significant improvement, making it easier to differentiate between brands.

  15. Enable black/whitelists for mailgroups

Mailgroups currently simply forward mail to all its members. When forwarding, spam rules do not apply. Hence the black/whitelist settings are also ignored.

At least we should be able to only allow mailgroups to be used from internal accounts, so that mailgroups are not an easy target for spammers.

  16. create folders when connecting to new mail account with Outlook 2013, or have an option to create standard folders with account creation

Outlook 2013 appears to be unable to configure its folder settings properly when it connects to a new and blank imap account.
(It locally creates its own Sent folder on the top level and then isn't able to synchronize.)
Outlook 2013 DOES configure itself properly when the standard folders have been created by a less stupid program, like Roundcube or Thunderbird. (To fix Outlook after that, 1.) move the unsynced messages somewhere safe 2.) delete the corresponding .ost while Outlook is closed or just delete and recreate that whole account.)

It would help greatly if Plesk could have an option…

  17. Increase maximum supported IP addresses

It looks like the change from Plesk 9.5.4 to 11.5.30 reduced the maximum allowed IP addresses down to 200 or so. When you try to re-read the IP addresses you get an error/crash. We used to be able to add as many IP's as we wanted, but I'm told its now limited to 200 or 256 (but I get a failure when I've added just 235 addresses). With the deployment of IPv6 we will need much more.

  18. Allow the creation of forbidden domain names via API

Please implement an option in Plesk, which allows the administrator to create domain names, which are forbidden for creation via Plesk UI.

For example, *.example.com has been added in Plesk > Tools & Settings > Prohibited Domain Names. This limitation should apply to all users in Plesk UI, but the administrator should still be able to create *.example.com subdomains via API calls.

This will be useful when looking to automatically provide users with a free subdomain for hosting, but prevent them from creating unlimited number of *.example.com subdomain via Plesk UI.

  20. Add multiple email addresses to the "Forward to address" list

Is it currently possible to set only one mailbox to forward the mail for non-existent users in Domains > example.com > Mail > Mail Settings > Forward to address.
Please allow to add more than one email address for this setting.
