  1. Custom color wheel for private branding

Currently, Plesk provides only two options for branding customization, which can be limiting for users managing multiple internal companies with distinct branding needs. I propose the addition of a custom color wheel for private branding in Plesk.

This feature would allow administrators to choose from a broader range of colors, offering more flexibility in aligning the Plesk interface with specific company branding. For users handling multiple companies, this customization option would be a significant improvement, making it easier to differentiate between brands.

  2. Enable black/whitelists for mailgroups

Mailgroups currently simply forward mail to all its members. When forwarding, spam rules do not apply. Hence the black/whitelist settings are also ignored.

At least we should be able to only allow mailgroups to be used from internal accounts, so that mailgroups are not an easy target for spammers.

  3. Allow the creation of forbidden domain names via API

Please implement an option in Plesk, which allows the administrator to create domain names, which are forbidden for creation via Plesk UI.

For example, *.example.com has been added in Plesk > Tools & Settings > Prohibited Domain Names. This limitation should apply to all users in Plesk UI, but the administrator should still be able to create *.example.com subdomains via API calls.

This will be useful when looking to automatically provide users with a free subdomain for hosting, but prevent them from creating unlimited number of *.example.com subdomain via Plesk UI.

  4. create folders when connecting to new mail account with Outlook 2013, or have an option to create standard folders with account creation

Outlook 2013 appears to be unable to configure its folder settings properly when it connects to a new and blank imap account.
(It locally creates its own Sent folder on the top level and then isn't able to synchronize.)
Outlook 2013 DOES configure itself properly when the standard folders have been created by a less stupid program, like Roundcube or Thunderbird. (To fix Outlook after that, 1.) move the unsynced messages somewhere safe 2.) delete the corresponding .ost while Outlook is closed or just delete and recreate that whole account.)

It would help greatly if Plesk could have an option…

  5. Disable mail notifications from anacron (daily, weekly, monthly) tasks

Add ability to disable email notifications about successful Plesk updates, and anacron (daily, weekly, monthly) tasks using Plesk panel.

  6. Add multiple email addresses to the "Forward to address" list

Is it currently possible to set only one mailbox to forward the mail for non-existent users in Domains > example.com > Mail > Mail Settings > Forward to address.
Please allow to add more than one email address for this setting.

  7. Increase maximum supported IP addresses

It looks like the change from Plesk 9.5.4 to 11.5.30 reduced the maximum allowed IP addresses down to 200 or so. When you try to re-read the IP addresses you get an error/crash. We used to be able to add as many IP's as we wanted, but I'm told its now limited to 200 or 256 (but I get a failure when I've added just 235 addresses). With the deployment of IPv6 we will need much more.

  8. Autoresponders

Mail autoresponders need to have the option to only reply once to the same emails in a given time. Example: reply only once for 7 days. My client just came back from vacation to find hundreds of emails dealing with this. In the system I used to use you could set to only reply once in a weeks time.

  9. Add an ability to check for sent emails in a graphical interface

Instead of looking for the mail logs and find what emails were sent and when, which it can take a while to find, it would be great to add a feature for server administrators to check for emails that were sent and to filter by sender, and sent date, either by a specific date or range.

  10. Add Secure Website Button For SSL

Be great if you could secure your website directly from the Advanced screen in the SSL section of a subscription. Currently, you have 'Secure Webmail' and 'Secure Mail' buttons but no website. A third button should be added so we don't have to click out of that screen and have to go to the hosting settings page to change the website SSL.

I tried to find the place that you mention - "Advanced" section - and the buttons you mention, but failed. I can only see a very simply click-path here: On "Websites & Domains" click on "SSL/TLS Certificates", then click the "Install button". You can check all desired options of the certificate and click "Get it free" to install the certificate. If a certificate already exists, a click on  "Websites & Domains" > "SSL/TLS Certificates" leads to a page where you can edit SSL settings or click "Reissue" if you want to apply changes to the certificate.

If you require assistance with these or other SSL/TLS options, please desdribe te issue on the Plesk forum https://talk.plesk.com or please contact Plesk support at https://support.plesk.com.

  11. to allow an alias to be associated to more than one email account.

It's an useful (and optimal) way to associate more than one organisation account to an external (public official) email alias.
    EG

    internal account 1: john@myorg.net
    internal account 2: mary@myorg.net
    internal account 3: jules@myorg.net
public account (showed in websites, company papers, etc.): sales@myorg.net (this is the alias, not an real email account).
If John and Jules are the sales officers, it would be useful to link the alias to both accounts.
Note: It cannot be implemented using forwarding in a clean way.
Because the mail engine forwards the mails to John and Jules but the headers are tricky:…

When forwarding mails through a forwarding list, the sender remains unchanged. Replies to a forwarded mail are not sent to the forwarder, but to the original sender. Also, there is such feature like ambiguous aliases in mail servers like Postfix. The current solution of using forwarding lists is the correct technical approach.

  12. Please provide an indication that my new installed Sophos extension is in use at the domain level I cannot verify that the Sophos extension

Please provide an indication that my new installed Sophos extension is in use at the domain level

I cannot verify that the Sophos extension which I just purchased is activated indivdually for each of my mailboxes.

I received the following instructions from my host:
"Enable Sophos in Mail Server Settings
Navigate to Settings -> Mail Server Settings -> Antivirus -> Sophos to activate the feature.
    Activate Sophos for Each Mailbox
Finally, Sophos must be activated individually for each mailbox to ensure coverage."

However, Plesk shows I activated Sophos server wide, and the other shows no mention of…

  13. Remove default certificate and set Let's Encrypt certificate as default when securing Plesk login page

When securing Plesk with Let's Encrypt, the default certificate should be removed and/or the generated Let's Encrypt certificate should be set as the default one.

Such Let's Encrypt certificate should be automatically applied to mail too, and in such case, if server hostname is changed later, that certificate should be automtically reissued, or at least a warning should be generated.

Can we have a 'search' facility? (As previously, prior to the 'upgrade'.)

  15. Apache log rotation

    Apache log rotation
    Good Morning,
Why do the log files "logs / access_log.processed" not reach me by email if I have the option "Set log rotation" and it appears as "rotated"?
Before, the records came to me perfectly, but lately they only get to the mail for a few days.
Can you help me with the problem?
    Thank you very much

  16. Fix Auto-Reply to observe Reply-To address setting in incoming emails

Currently, the Auto-Reply function always uses the original sender's address and totally ignores any Reply-To address setting in incoming mail.

Reply-To is usually used when the sender address does not receive emails and ignoring this setting means that the Auto-Reply message is sent to a sender address where it will never be read. Clearly, this is pointless.

  17. Domain list display with Web Admin Edition

With Web Admin Edition in the list of domains you have a row that is displayed just for one domain with the following items: File Manager, Mail, Databases (see attached screenshot). It is unclear why it is being displayed under this particular domain, but the request is to be able to set the domain under which this row is to be displayed.

  18. Manage multiple server licenses

I produce my own content and lease 12-15 dedicated and cloud servers from different companies. Some are only mail servers, Shoutcast servers or backups. Right now, 10 of my servers run Plesk but some of the licenses are through the hosts. I only wish there was a way to consolidate it all into a single Plesk account that I could manage in one place.

  19. Domains list: filter by "Hosting type"

Have the possibility to filter the displayed domains by their "Hosting type": Website, Alias, Subdomain, No hosting (mail only...)

Most of the times you are interested only in "Website" domains, and the list can be considerably shortened (and made more readable) by leaving out the other domain types.

Mine could be an atypical case, but I have 13 "Websites", 22 "Aliases" and 1 "No hosting"

  20. Notify about email without mailbox creation in a more noticeable way

Plesk allows to create email without a mailbox when the limit for the mailboxes is exceeded, but the mention regarding the "Mailbox - Off" is not always obvious for the customer and might be missed, allowing him to believe that the mailbox is created and trying to log into it, eventually getting banned by fail2ban.
A more noticeable notification regarding might be useful.
