Add an ability to check for sent emails in a graphical interface
Instead of looking for the mail logs and find what emails were sent and when, which it can take a while to find, it would be great to add a feature for server administrators to check for emails that were sent and to filter by sender, and sent date, either by a specific date or range.

Autoresponders
Mail autoresponders need to have the option to only reply once to the same emails in a given time. Example: reply only once for 7 days. My client just came back from vacation to find hundreds of emails dealing with this. In the system I used to use you could set to only reply once in a weeks time.

History of CPU overusing in CGROUPS
Create a way to find out for the CPU whether customers have exceeded this limit. We are talking about log files which give us an indication of which subscriptions have reached the MAXIMUM CPU utilization - measured by the metrics which were set to the maximum in cGroups. Add the required statistics to Tools & Settings > Info and Statistics page, and a CLI utility

to allow an alias to be associated to more than one email account.
It's an useful (and optimal) way to associate more than one organisation account to an external (public official) email alias.
EG
internal account 1: john@myorg.net
internal account 2: mary@myorg.net
internal account 3: jules@myorg.net
public account (showed in websites, company papers, etc.): sales@myorg.net (this is the alias, not an real email account).
If John and Jules are the sales officers, it would be useful to link the alias to both accounts.
Note: It cannot be implemented using forwarding in a clean way.
Because the mail engine forwards the mails to John and Jules but the headers are tricky:…1 voteWhen forwarding mails through a forwarding list, the sender remains unchanged. Replies to a forwarded mail are not sent to the forwarder, but to the original sender. Also, there is such feature like ambiguous aliases in mail servers like Postfix. The current solution of using forwarding lists is the correct technical approach.

Please provide an indication that my new installed Sophos extension is in use at the domain level
I cannot verify that the Sophos extension which I just purchased is activated indivdually for each of my mailboxes.
I received the following instructions from my host:
"Enable Sophos in Mail Server Settings
Navigate to Settings -> Mail Server Settings -> Antivirus -> Sophos to activate the feature.
Activate Sophos for Each Mailbox
Finally, Sophos must be activated individually for each mailbox to ensure coverage."However, Plesk shows I activated Sophos server wide, and the other shows no mention of…

Fix Auto-Reply to observe Reply-To address setting in incoming emails
Currently, the Auto-Reply function always uses the original sender's address and totally ignores any Reply-To address setting in incoming mail.
Reply-To is usually used when the sender address does not receive emails and ignoring this setting means that the Auto-Reply message is sent to a sender address where it will never be read. Clearly, this is pointless.

Add Secure Website Button For SSL
Be great if you could secure your website directly from the Advanced screen in the SSL section of a subscription. Currently, you have 'Secure Webmail' and 'Secure Mail' buttons but no website. A third button should be added so we don't have to click out of that screen and have to go to the hosting settings page to change the website SSL.
1 voteI tried to find the place that you mention - "Advanced" section - and the buttons you mention, but failed. I can only see a very simply click-path here: On "Websites & Domains" click on "SSL/TLS Certificates", then click the "Install button". You can check all desired options of the certificate and click "Get it free" to install the certificate. If a certificate already exists, a click on "Websites & Domains" > "SSL/TLS Certificates" leads to a page where you can edit SSL settings or click "Reissue" if you want to apply changes to the certificate.
If you require assistance with these or other SSL/TLS options, please desdribe te issue on the Plesk forum https://talk.plesk.com or please contact Plesk support at https://support.plesk.com.

Notify about email without mailbox creation in a more noticeable way
Plesk allows to create email without a mailbox when the limit for the mailboxes is exceeded, but the mention regarding the "Mailbox - Off" is not always obvious for the customer and might be missed, allowing him to believe that the mailbox is created and trying to log into it, eventually getting banned by fail2ban.
A more noticeable notification regarding might be useful.1 voteThank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it is popular. Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

Domain list display with Web Admin Edition
With Web Admin Edition in the list of domains you have a row that is displayed just for one domain with the following items: File Manager, Mail, Databases (see attached screenshot). It is unclear why it is being displayed under this particular domain, but the request is to be able to set the domain under which this row is to be displayed.

Apache log rotation
Apache log rotation
Good Morning,
Why do the log files "logs / access_log.processed" not reach me by email if I have the option "Set log rotation" and it appears as "rotated"?
Before, the records came to me perfectly, but lately they only get to the mail for a few days.
Can you help me with the problem?

Remove default certificate and set Let's Encrypt certificate as default when securing Plesk login page
When securing Plesk with Let's Encrypt, the default certificate should be removed and/or the generated Let's Encrypt certificate should be set as the default one.
Such Let's Encrypt certificate should be automatically applied to mail too, and in such case, if server hostname is changed later, that certificate should be automtically reissued, or at least a warning should be generated.

Manage multiple server licenses
I produce my own content and lease 12-15 dedicated and cloud servers from different companies. Some are only mail servers, Shoutcast servers or backups. Right now, 10 of my servers run Plesk but some of the licenses are through the hosts. I only wish there was a way to consolidate it all into a single Plesk account that I could manage in one place.
1 voteYou can manage it all with Plesk 360. https://platform360.io

Not using the My Profile user's email for notification sent from Plesk server
Not using the My Profile user's email for notification sent from Plesk server, as this may be blocked, if for example the mail address inserted there for example is a GMAIL address, and thus an email will be sent from the server to the user GMAIL itself, and GMAIL on its turn will block it, as it says its coming from GMAIL while it did not...

Allow the recipients of an email sent through a mailing list to the sender as the email that used the mailing list
The following example was provided:
The mailing list has the email of user2@example.com assigned.
The mailing list contains user3@example.com & user4@example.com.
When user1@example.com sends an email using mailing list (user2@example.com), the recipients see that the sender of the email is user2@example.com instead of user1@example.com
Ideally, if user1@example.com uses the mailing list or user7@example.com uses the mailing list then their emails would appear as the sender instead of the mailing list email address (user2@example.com).

Domains list: filter by "Hosting type"
Have the possibility to filter the displayed domains by their "Hosting type": Website, Alias, Subdomain, No hosting (mail only...)
Most of the times you are interested only in "Website" domains, and the list can be considerably shortened (and made more readable) by leaving out the other domain types.
Mine could be an atypical case, but I have 13 "Websites", 22 "Aliases" and 1 "No hosting"

Mailman for Plesk - allow use together with delimiter used in postfix main.cf
If you have configured additional delimiters in postfix (/etc/postfix/main.cf) it is not possible to successfully deliver a mail to a mailing list - if that mailing list address contains also one of the symbols configured as delimiter.
The solution is very simple and could be a very generic change in plesk standard config:
In /etc/postfix/master.cf just change the config string for mailman in the end of line from ${nexthop} ${user} ${recipient}
to:
${nexthop} ${mailbox}
This will parse all necessary parameters before the @.Taken from: http://www.postfix.org/pipe.8.html
1 voteThis request did not gain popularity during many years. It may only be required for a very specific, small user group. Please apply the workaround already mentioned in the request.

Add possibility to create forwarding addresses without specifying user and password
It is no longer possible to create mail accounts without a password in Plesk Obsidian. However it is required to create such mail addresses for Forwarding as example.

Create email groups instead of a forwarding email account with the mailbox disabled.
Plesk should be able to create email groups. Most email servers, including the MailEnable that comes with Plesk, implement email accounts, email lists, and email groups in quite different ways. Plesk allows us to create email accounts and mailing lists, but it does not allow us to create email groups. Instead, to get the result that an email group offers, in Plesk you need to create an email account, disable the email box and set up forwarding to addresses that are part of the "group" . This is a little weird.
