  1. Allow hard disk quota to be set for multiple drives

    When setting hard disk quota for domains or subscriptions, allow the user to set limits for drives other than that stored in HTTPDVHOSTSD (e.g.: /dev/sda) such as /dev/sdb, /dev/sda2, etc.

    Plesk can only calculate disk usage of files that it knows about (that are part of the Plesk universe on the server). By design it is not expected to have files outside the structures that are known to Plesk. It does not seem to make much sense to calculate the total disk usage for a user within Plesk for files that cannot be reached by Plesk or by the user through the Plesk panel. We must decline this request as it also did not receive a significant number of votes.

  2. forwarding emails with independent email reciever-address, not the mailbox adress

    it should be possible to set an independent address for the forwarded emailm example:

    i have a mailbox: mail@domain.com

    i set up a forwarding to an other email, maybe forward@domain2.com

    the reciever gets an email with reciever-address mail@domain.com, but it would be better to adjust it and set the forward-address as reciever address.

  3. Create Migration Tool from Odin Plesk Automation (OPA 11.5) to Plesk 12.*

    I believe the reverse is already there from Plesk to OPA but there is nothing to go the other way.
    With the planned demise of OPA we would like to be ahead of the curve and already be using Plesk 12.* throughout with either OBAS or WHMCS as the billing automation.

  4. allow email address user to control white black list and spam scores in panel

    A user with an email address can log in to the panel and set their password and their away message. It would also be great to allow that user to control their white and black lists and set their own spam score.

  5. Add option to skip disk calculation prior to Plesk Migration

    For very large migrations, this step takes too long (30min - 1 hour)
    We have to ability to create very large disks, and re-size them later, so there is no need for us to calculate space beforehand (we just do a df -h and provision 3x what is used).

  6. Allow to switch allow_url_include parameter by .user.ini.

    I found the similar KB here
    https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213954385-Not-possible-to-set-allow-url-fopen-parameter-in-Plesk-12-5
    but "allowuriinclude" this time. I think this directive is not good to enable globally, so I tried to set it by .user.ini base but the parameter stayed unchanged.

    With only 3 votes in 5 years this request has not become popular enough to be included in future updates. Instead, a very easy option is already available today: Simply add the required setting into the "Additional PHP Directives" section on the PHP configuration page of a domain.

  7. Ability to exclude web access logs file from schedule backup setting

    The incremental backup of plesk works great except for only one thing: log file.

    I find that on high traffic site, the backup will always backup ALL log file even if this is an incremental backup. This create a very large backup file even the site hasn't been changed at all.

    The ability to exclude log from "scheduled backup" will help incremental backup run much faster and save more space.

    There's already an option for "MANUAL" server backup. But not for scheduled / customer / reseller backup. Please enable this option for them too.

  9. ftp

    Dear Plesk Support,

    I would like to specify a fixed prefix and/or suffix for additional FTP users.
    My current Problem is, that I’m creating subscriptions over the XML API, which btw is really nice, and set the FTP username and password, as required. The Problem occurs with the name of the FTP users.

    For Example: I’m going and let the Subscriptions have an internal ID:

    WS10001
    WS10002

    (WS stands for Webspace)

    So the FTP Username is going to be something like “ws10001ftpdefault” or “ws10001ftp1”.
    But when someone is able to create a FTP user called “ws10050…

  10. I want an interface to set transport_maps for Postfix

    Please set the default transportmaps in main.cf to "hash:/etc/postfix/admin/transport" so that the server administrator can set transportmaps.

  14. Show me why a domain is suspended!

    Allow me to pull, from /usr/local/psa/bin or /usr/local/psa/admin/bin, why a domain is suspended. I am a support agent for (mt) Media Temple (one of your largest clients) and I cannot find why some domains are suspended.

    In some cases you see things like: "Suspend domains until backup task" but in others it just says something like: "This domain cannot be activated because it was suspended by Hosting Provider"

    This leads people to think their web host provider suspended it (which is not the case) rather than Plesk automatically suspending it. This particular case was the Plesk Subscriptions Expiration Date hitting…

  18. Plesk should recognize the failure of backup at FTP Storage as an emailable error.

    In Scheduled Backup settings, you can tick; "if errors occur during the execution of this backup tasks send a notification email to...". However, if the backup is set up to go to FTP Storage and the FTP site can't be reached, the backup is done to the Server Storage and no error email is sent. This is a problem because if a few days of backups intended for FTP Storage fail and go to Server Storage, contracted server space could be exceeded causing Plesk to suspend / disable the site.
