Automatische Antwort ausschalten am 3. Aug. 2018Das ist in sich ein Widerspruch: wenn die automatische Antwort BIS 3. Aug. 2018 eingeschaltet ist, kann sie nicht am gleichen Tag ausgeschaltet sein ?

when assign a new user name to a domain it is limited to 15 characters is it possible to change this value to a higher number 50 character.
When assign a new user name to a domain it is limited to 15 characters i it possible to change this value to a higher number 50 character. We always use a full domain name for a username but if a domain mame hase more than 15 characters includet the extension for example "company.com"

Allow the upload of mailing lists to Plesk from MS Excel.
Utilize MS Excel or another list application to import mailing lists into Plesk mailing lists rather than having to type each individual address at a time.

Imap folder naming options
When I create a new mailbox, currently plesk is creating folders named Deleted Items, Junk E-mail and Sent Items.
Is this an error? It seems to be different from what both Horde and Thunderbird are expecting and I am having to delete those folders and replace them with single word folders ie Deleted, Junk and Sent.
Would be helpful to have an option to create them with those names to begin with.
1 voteMail server does not create any folders with specified names. These IMAP folders are created by one of mail clients that is used to access mailbox.

DKIM Weekly Rotation of key, with new 'selector' where previous selector is removed the next week

Currently, it' **** easy to rotate the DKIM key on Plesk, not to talk of updating DNS and running Route 53 update.
This is asked to be implmented, where a second key is added, and new mails use it.
Old key would be depreciated a week later, as previous emails are still in the progress.

Messages with a different timestamp after importings
After importing mails correctly the customer complained that all mails were being displayed with the date/time of the import operation (eg. instead of the actual message date/time
Lots of research (including Plesk forums and support docs) and I just found out that this is a recurring issue with importing mails. When displaying messages to the user, the mail server uses the message file's actual date and time instead of the date and time present in the message's headers. Introduce notification threshold on disk space usage
Customers exceed the allocated disk space. A notification is sent. But customers don't want this notification when they exceed the allocation, but BEFORE they exceed it so that they can react to a warning in a timely manner and won't face overuse charges.
Why is this a problem? Some users don't check their email regularly. They feel pressured to pay an overuse fee if they are not allowed "enough" time to react to an overuse situation.
Proposed feature: A notification threshold for disk space usage should be introduced to service plans in GB or percentage or a general threshold…

Add warning that Spam Filter is disabled when turning local copies off
Spam Filter tab disappears when checking the "Do not deliver copies of forwarded emails to the Plesk mailbox" option for a mailbox
This should be documented and underlined in the Plesk interface, on the "Edit Mailbox" screen, with a "yellow warning/info box" that will be displayed one we check this checkbox. "Forwarding messages to an email address without keeping a copy of the messages in the local mailbox disables the Spam Filter for this e-mail account."

Eset Antivirus is a AV software for mail.

Limiting access to Plesk panel by specifying the allowed dst addresses
It is required to control the accessibility of the Plesk panel by having an option to permit access only by the specified server's IP's. For example:
Let's say there are 172.16.1.10 & 172.16.1.11 IPs on the server both assigned with a domain name panel.example.com.
Option "Specified domain" is set in Tools&Settings > Customize Plesk URL.
Any other IP address on that should NOT serve the login procedure.However, when this server has a full subnet 172.16.1.32/27 added as the secondary IP addresses, it is possible to open any of them via the Web Browser, afterward press "Log in to Plesk"…

Allow logging in to webmail with alias credentials
Please allow logging in to webmail with alias credentials.
For example, if a main domain's mailbox mail@example.com has an alias mail@alias.com, they should both be able to log in to webmail.example.com with the same password.
1 voteAllowing different user names for the same target mailbox broadens the attack surface. We do not see why it can make using a mailbox easier, as it is still the same mailbox and can equally well be opened with one set of defined login credentials. Also this request did not become popular. For these reasons we must decline it.

Add Support for the Outlook Calendar HTML Format(e.g. add Signatures, Images in the Appointment Body)
When you have a Microsoft Account Email, you can add your Mail Signature, images, etc... to the Appointment, I'm guessing because it's HTML Format instead of Text only.
Could you implement having Appointments as HTML Format, and if so an Option for that to be synced with the Outlook Calendar.
Screenshot 1 is the Plesk Calendar, Second one is the Outlook one.
Although you can change the Plesk Calendar to HTML, it doesn't work, so i'm figuring it's not implemented yet1 voteIf you find that some existing functionality doesn't work, it's a bug, but not a feature request. Prevent Duplicate Daily Maintenance Task
Sometimes the Plesk daily maintenance task takes a long time to complete, which may even cross over to the next day on a server hosting 300+ domains. As a result we end up with multiple Daily Maintenance Scripts running in parallel and causing heavy load on the server.
A feature should be added to the Plesk Daily Maintenance Script to;
1. check for any existing Daily Maintenance Scripts processes
2. send a mail to Plesk Administrator of this issue

Add possibility to use {{ panel link }} placeholder for Site creation Plesk notification
At the moment it is not possible to use {{ panel_link }} placeholder for "Site creation" Plesk notification task.
Instead of value for {{ panel_link }} placeholder, the empty text is shown in the received mail.
It will be very helpful to use this placeholder for example when we create a Customer Account with the website.
Example:
New user account can now be used to log in via following URL using the username and password you assigned: http://www.{{ domain }}:8880 if the dns is pointing to the site, or at any time you can use {{ panel_link }}

For those events there is no way to filter the domain of the mailing lists. So when there is the same mailing list for two domains the api gets crazy and do the action in both lists.

HELO EHLO message hostname changable
When i use a second IP address for sending out mails, then i have a own reverse dns entry for this IP which is different to the hostname of the system... so i need the ability to change the hostname for HELO / EHLO message to minimize the problemes for sending mails
