Allow to manage SMTPUTF8 over Plesk Mailserver Settings
Would be good to be able to manage SMTPUFT8 option over Plesk so that it is not reverted after Plesk Updates and also to remove the need to manage this option over the Postfix config directly.

Any news from Plesk on this matter? We just did updates and new installations on various servers. It's to much work for professionals with a bunch of servers to deal with this malfunction of Plesk. Please, please, Plesk! We need that feature a.) to deal with SMTPUFT8 via Plesk-UI and b.) to have SMTPUFT8 on new installations.

Yet again we've had to fix this on server migration for many customers request. Maybe disabling this by default might also be a good idea. :)
