Add option to accept specific languages for multi language sites
The website monitor has no option to choose which language is accepted, which causes confusion when setting keywords for multi-language sites because it's unknown what language will be loaded.
Changing the location does not change the language, and headers like 'Accept-Language: en-US' that work for cURL don't seem to have any effect.
