I just finally tracked down why ahrefs was getting a 403 "Forbidden" error when their bot tried to scan my site. It was the "Enable bot protection" security setting. Once I disabled that it was fine but would be nice to whitelist either their IPs or user agents.

I agree, 1 user could run rampant with small files and use up all the inodes.

This is a critical feature. My VPS is on GoDaddy and they require outgoing mail to go through their relay server. I'm using ISP Config (which is an open source hosting manager) on another VPS server through GoDaddy and it has relay host setup built in so I just assumed it was a normal feature. Without it neither I nor any of my clients can send emails unless I dig into the Postfix config and risk it getting broken on every update.
I fully agree. Virtually all major web hosting companies offer WP-CLI access for 'each' user not just on a root level. I love that Plesk as the WP-CLI built in, that is very forward thinking. Now it just needs to be accessible to users with out giving them root access.
