Since Plesk Onyx you will be able to install memcache as a Docker container and configure http(s) proxy rule for it to map to your web app.

I am for AVIF support, it will have a good effect on SEO.
It is sad that the vast majority of plesk users do not ask this question using the panel as it is and rejoice only when the function has already been added. AVIF is much better to compress than WEBP ....
