1. Provide a File Manager for admin so that all files and directories of a server can be edited, including these outside subscriptions

   This request is about having a File Manager that can access all files of a server, including operating system files.

   Build In A Root Files Manager - so we can edit server files - without resorting to tricky file managers like Putty
