I would also like this, but I have used this workaround... I add a wildcard certificate (*.example.com) to secure the panel. Then I provide hostnames for each reseller to use to log in to Plesk (reseller1.example.com, reseller2.example.com, etc.).

Additionally, until this functionality is added to Plesk, the Migration Manager should display a warning, indicating what will not be transferred, when there are mailing lists to be transferred. Otherwise, administrators and end users are surprised when a private mailing list, all of a sudden, becomes public, because the advanced settings were not transferred.
