    "Send from domain IP addresses and use domain names" simply doesn't work. When this option is checked the HELO greeting shows the hostname of the server and it sends from the wrong IP.

    This seems like a no-brainer. In particular, the headers_more module is very important to me to fix a number of issues with pagespeed optimisation. I can't believe that after nearly 4 years a full nginx package isn't available.
