Since Plesk Onyx you will be able to install memcache as a Docker container and configure http(s) proxy rule for it to map to your web app.

+1. One of these should be possible so resellers can not oversell eg. CPU and memory:
- Set Cgroups limit for resellers which they can device among their own subscriptions. Just like eg. disk space.
- Don't give resellers the option to create their own service plans, but assign them predefined plans they can select for their own subscriptions.
