   It is not possible to disable e-mail notifications from extensions like wordpress, immunify, etc. over the CLI.

   There are no known notification code ids for it or there are none at all.

   Some command like "plesk bin notification --list" would solve this problem.

   Since Plesk Onyx you will be able to install memcache as a Docker container and configure http(s) proxy rule for it to map to your web app.
