Please add the delivery status of Email to the Mailqueue View. At this time, its not possible to see the info why a mail is held in the mailqueue.
Additional tools are needed at this time, as an example Webmin shows the needed infos about the postfic mailqueue:
Example 1: connect to mebexxxxxco[80.249.161.***]:25: Connection refused
Example 2:host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[2a00:1450:400c:c07::1b] said: 450-4.2.1 The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that 450-4.2.1 prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please resend your 450-4.2.1 message at a later time. If the user is able to receive mail at that 450-4.2.1 time, your message will be delivered. For more information, please 450-4.2.1 visit 450 4.2.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=ReceivingRate o2si6115784wrm.441 - gsmtp (in reply to RCPT TO command)

You can get quick access to the installed extensions using the Quick Access menu which will appear in the first second when you point a mouse on the ‘Extensions’ menu item. It’s exactly what you are asking (see attached image).
If using this menu is not suitable for you, please keep vote and describe in comments why its feature is not fit your needs.
We’re already planning to implement this functionality in upcoming releases.
