Update account name
My account was created with the name of a user who no longer works at the company.
I would like to know how to proceed to change the name of the account in PLESK.The Service Provider said it cannot change the account name.
I see that this is a simple task to do and must be evaluated before we or the service provider can change the account name.Thanks

Wildcard server name passing
I allow cnaming to my domain. so if someone visit my wildcard subdomain site using a cname. For example subdomain.example2.com to subdomain2.example.com. In PHP I would like to get the $SERVER['SERVERNAME'] as subdomain2.example.com instead of _.example.com
I use example.com and *.example.com for all subdomains.

Guys. Just forget about plesk and use cpanel 😁
As plesk developers are not really hear they clients asks i suggest to stop using this dead beaf and move on for better products :)

editing files and pressing undo creates chaos
opening 2 files and editing them lead to overwriting on the other file.
make changes on the 2 files A and B then press undo (ctrl+z) you reach to a place where the B file is open under A and saving without noticing overwrites B on A!

Overuse is not allowed! Account is suspended
I did not update my plesk onyx but it automatically updated in plesk obsidian, for that my sites are closed and overuse is not allowed to work on it, please help me release my sites.

It gets worse and worse
Every time there's an update it gets worse and worse, I have the new plesk obsidian, the new update of nov 21, 2019. Now I can't see me list of extensions. The seo toolkit does not work properly, and de google pagespeed insights also does not work well.

How about finishing the REST API?
It seems that there is a ton more functionality in the XML API compared to the REST API.
Is there any plan to update or synchronize the APIs? Seems a shame to only have access to a few controls via REST API.

suddenly, without any notice or options.. i can no longer 'edit in html' on my website?!
I have had my website for approx 12 years now and it is hosted by Go-Daddy and uses PLESK admin.. I used the 'edit in html' feature to make updates to my website as needed.. 'out of stock' notations etc and suddenly, without any notice I can no longer do this.. leaving my website with notations that need changing.. what do i do?
