Licenses can be blocked or terminated when license conditions are violated. For example when the same license is used on different servers or instances. The rule is: 1 dedicated server = 1 license. 1 virtual server = 1 license. From the previous post it sounds as if the same license was used to operate 2 servers. I already asked the affected user to please contact licensing support if he believes that his license was terminated in error. We'll be happy to assist in such cases. We'll also terminate a license if it is wrongfully used multiple times for different servers, but that is obvious and everyone knows it or can know it from the license conditions.
