1 voteIt is bad practice to pass DB credentials in cron. Every sys.user can see your DB credentials when task is running.
You shall wrap DB credentials in a file (script) run script from cron.

Less of upgrade
I think that is not possible have, every days, an upgrade to do. Why need a lot of update/fix?

1 voteUpgrades are not every day. However every 1-2 weeks there is an update with fixes for issues reported by our users. Every professional software delivers frequent updates to not make their users wait for solutions.
These updates let you not hit the issues, which were already faced and reported by others which makes your personal experience better. Technically you can disable updates if you want. However should you ever have any problem in future, the first question you will be asked – "are you sure you are on the latest version??

It would be nice if we could actually contact someone with questions.
I guess the small businesses are not important enough for you to provide us with live support. We have to dig trough thousands of FAQ files to see if someone had the same problem as us. You have provided many apps to add to our sites but if they are free ones they do not work or will not download onto our sites and no one to contact to find out why it's not working. I have been with this company for many years and it looks like it's time to move my business to another provider.
1 voteSorry, but there is a chance that you meant to submit it to your hosting provider. We are a software company which supplied the provider with the solution you are working at. We would suggest to call to your hosting company for resolving your problem.

Hello, maybe you could improve Anturis monitoring under Centos 6 he can not completely uninstall.
I would be very happy if it Plesk as a function of WordPress for Joomla! and Prestashop would be used. Possibly even with some other interesting features more. Thank you!

remove symbolic links from the Wordpress Update finder in Server Management
The Wordpress Installation manager in Server Management is really cool - however, when a symbolic link is used on a Wordpress install, this manager thinks the symbolic link + the actually location are both independent installs.

Support Wordpress multi-site network in wordpress toolbox
Wordpress multisite (also called site network) seems to be not fully supported by Plesk Wordpress toolbox. I.e. when you migrate using migration tool (plesk to plesk) the wp-config php file is overwritten and the multisite customized config is removed.
It would be great -at least - if the customized wp-config lien are not removed in any Plesk opertation.1 voteThank you for your report. Here’s a workaround you can use in the meantime: this issue does not happen if you install WordPress manually (not via APS / Applications tab).

Show Wordpress plugins list
The tab menu "Plugins" under "Wordpress" is empty. It does not show the plugins. Bug? We have around 10-20 Wordpress sites.

Plesk should support IDN names (IDNA 2008) on Linux, too. Domains with special characters can't be hosted.
You should really allow current IDN domain names, esp. with characters like "ß", which isn't just "ss".
[Parallels #1973855]2 votesIDNA 2008 is supported in Plesk for Linux and you can host all special characters including “ß”. The only thing you cannot do – is to host “ss” and “ß” versions of domain simultaneously.

How-to for settings before use plesk tool
I'm using plesk panel but the local support do not offer information about use in a dicdatical way. What if the panel Plesk at 1st use have a wizard that ask for some informations to configure the Plesk correctly? Exemple: configure Clients, domains, signatures, plans, tools and utilities before to use Plesk is a good (and useful) thing for beginners.

Light version of Plesk
I think it would be beneficial to create a version of Plesk that uses less resources. The light version would have all the hosting and security services of the full version, but would not include Presence Builder, Word press or any other application not needed for managing server.
1 voteWe agree with a need to reduce resource consumption and every new release we do optimisation.
However neither Web Presence Builder, nor Wordpress would consume resources when not used. So this proposal would not help to the the problem you stated.
Anyway Web Presence Builder will become optional in future release

Update the Python version supported by Plesk
The current version of Python supported by Plesk is 2.6.5. This should be upgraded to the latest 2.x release 2.7.7.
Also support for choosing 2.x or 3.x on a per site basis would be great.
6 votesPlesk supports whichever Python version is installed on your server. If your OS does support the latest Python, then you just need to update it.
