NextJS image optimization feature.
NextJS Image optimization feature doesn't work on Plesk.
I need to set the image to unoptimize than only the image gets display otherwise it doesn't display image.Please add support to NextJS optimization feature.

1 voteThank you for bringing this up. It is a known issue, but unfortunately caused by an underlying deficiency of MSSQL. At this time it cannot be fixed. The security risk has been assessed here not only when it became first known, but also in the following years several times. After careful consideration by our security team we think the risk is quite low unless the database name itself can reveal sensitive information. Once a solution on MS side becomes available we will take a fresh look at the issue. Reference: PPP-3890.

Delete imported backup files after restore
After setting up my new Plesk instance i added back my remote backup location (S3) and restored the backup to get the subscriptions back up and running.
The backup was imported and restored just fine and everything was in order. After creating a new full backup, I went ahead and deleted the old backup from the list of backups and it was removed from the remote location.
However the imported copy inside of /var/lib/psa/dumps remained in place, but did not show up in the list of backups any more. There does not seem to be a way in Plesk to…
1 voteTemporary backup archives that are needed for a restore should be deleted after the restore process completes. If that is not the case, you may have found a bug. We'd like to ask you to contact support on this so that an engineer can check what happened on your server, e.g. by looking at your restore log.

Please allow .pem files like before - or explain the change.
Since some weeks, I'm not able to install Cloudflare generated origin server .pem files. Even the existing ones that worked before are now not accepted. I noticed you're promoting now different certificate solutions, that's ok - but I would like to install my .pem files like before. Any idea when you can activate this again? Thank you.

Backup Telemetry visible after backup
Currently the backup telemetry is only visible during a backup, after completion the icon is no longer present.
However, the profile.log file, created during the backup, is available and can be loaded manually.
It should be easy to make the link available for completed backups as well?!Thanks!

I talked to the hosting company and they said that the asp.net core 7.0.5 update has not yet arrived. Is it possible to get critical updates more quickly?
1 voteWhat is "critical" for one user may not be critical for another. All critical issues are handled by Plesk with high priority. Updates to existing software will be delivered as fast as possible, but sometimes a lot of testing needs to be done and compatibility issues need to be resolved before an update can be rolled out. Plesk will continue to work on speeding up such processes.

$6.50 per month for each additional language (volume not withstanding) is pretty expensive for something that should be included.

Alerts in Plesk GUI about system reboot should show the actual system reboot timestamp
I really like the Plesk notification of when the server has been restarted. However, the bell icon on the top right corner of Plesk shows this notification with the timestamp of logging in to Plesk. This should be the time the server actually restarted in my opinion.

Troubleshoot Smart static files processing
When I enable the "Smart static files processing" setting, a lot of my websites just render a white page.
I have no idea on how to troubleshoot this, I don't see any errors in the nginx or apache log files.Where should I start?

Amend so that Win XP user can access
Seems clear but in case: Plesk does not propose the log in screen when opened from a WinXP platform. Thus supporting MS efforts to obliterate WinXP.

Add Support for the Outlook Calendar HTML Format(e.g. add Signatures, Images in the Appointment Body)
When you have a Microsoft Account Email, you can add your Mail Signature, images, etc... to the Appointment, I'm guessing because it's HTML Format instead of Text only.
Could you implement having Appointments as HTML Format, and if so an Option for that to be synced with the Outlook Calendar.
Screenshot 1 is the Plesk Calendar, Second one is the Outlook one.
Although you can change the Plesk Calendar to HTML, it doesn't work, so i'm figuring it's not implemented yet1 voteIf you find that some existing functionality doesn't work, it's a bug, but not a feature request. Fix DirectAdmin NS records during migration
Concerning the following error when migrating from DirectAdmin:
"Failed to convert DNS records for subscription 'example.com'
Migration for that subscription is considered completely failed. No further actions are performed for it.
Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts: label empty or too long"This error requires NS records from DirectAdmin that use "." as a value to be manually fixed to "ns1.example.com". Is there any chance of having those records changed automatically during migration rather than simply failing with an error in the future? Or perhaps at least having the error specify the record(s) it takes issue with?

but your people just suspend or disabled the hosting or domain without intimating to customer that not good.
2 votesIt became clear that this is not a feature request, but a complaint about the web hosting provider where you have hosted your site. Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your provider, but Plesk is not your provider, neither do we have any influence on how your provider acts.

Increase the downloading speed on Plesk Installer in China
The installation of Plesk in mainland China is very slow, mainly when downloading.
Can you add some nodes within China?1 voteThat you for you input. We do not apply limitations on the download speed geographically-wise. The download speed mainly depends on your local network speed, network latency, etc. It is not something controlled by the control panel. With that said, we are closing the current request as ineligible.

Plesk sbin mailmng-outgoing utility applies changes in UI
Currently, the changes made with plesk sbin mailmng-outgoing utility don't change the information inside of the Plesk UI.
It'll be useful to add such a feature, so the changes that were made with mailmng-outgoing utility will be shown inside of the Plesk UI, e.g. if the command plesk sbin mailmng-outgoing --set-mailname-limits --domain-name=example.com --mailname=test --out-limit=250 was executed, then inside of the Plesk>Tools&Settings>Outgoing Mail Control>Domains> example.com the 250 value was displayed.1 voteIt's more of a bug than a feature request. Why has the problem with Plesk wordpress tool kit not been fixed? Why no communication from godaddy about this? Other hosting sites dont seem to be having this problem . Why did I not go cpanel.....

Modify the delivery date of the SSL certificate expiration notification
An email notification from expiry@letsencrypt.org is being sent 1 day before SSL expiration date.
It would be good to be able to change that notification date for a different one, for example 10 days.1 voteThank you for your input!
