1 voteGenerally you shall see “Add New Database” in your interface. But perhaps your hoster didn’t give you a permission to add databases.
If you can make screenshot of your home screen, we will be able to help more. Also you can explore the problem with your hoster.

Update ownCloud Application from v1.0 to v6.0
If i try to install ownCloud with the applications menu, it crashes every time. Also the version is totally outdated.

We will reach to packager for update. If packager will refuse updating it, we will drop it from the catalog to not confuse our customers with outdated version.

1 voteHello. If you can remove a directory in Plesk, then you can create it back by the same means you removed it – FTP, SSH or File Manager.
If you experience any difficulty with it, you need to ask assistance of your server admin / hoster.

Don't "diff" when updating MYSQL.
That bricked our live system during the headless apt-get upgrade that the system update started because it was waiting for a response and left MANY packages in an unconfigured state.
Select the default option!!!
And many thanks again for the two days of wasted time. :(

the old user interface was a thousand times better than what you have now cobbled together which one of you has come up with the glorious idea the user interface from the panel, the more functions for selection had to change the whole once undone So please you can not but work pay for the licenses, since you should also be able to expect something, ask in advance whether this will have any renewal or the old panel intends to continue using, gives the people the opportunity to decide for themselves whether they want to have the old or the…
1 voteSorry, it is very hard to understand what exactly you don’t like in the “new” interface. It is not new really, it is about 4 years old and used by hundreds of thousands of people by now.
However if you can write down proposal about how to make it more convenient, welcome to submit it here. Just read existing proposals before that, so that you don’t submit duplicates.

Please migrate go daddy account with plesk for a simple one step login and access to features from admin plesk control panel to domain/ssl
PLease provide a seamless one login access to plesk admin control and links from their to go daddy domain and ssl management.

1 voteThe most likely reason is that you removed only a part of packages, so Autoinstaller believed it is still installed and thus installed available updates (delivering also packages which you removed).
There are plenty packages in Plesk, so if you want to remove a component, the best would be to remove it via Autoinstaller.

Increase maximum password length to 16 or more characters
Our organization has a need to be able to use 16 character passwords (in part to satisfy audit requirements). When will Plesk Panel be able to allow for more than 13/14 password characters?

UPD: Plesk team tested 20-symbol long passwords and it worked. The problem cannot be reproduced. Pls provide additional information

And my MsSQL connection database failed

As a software vendor we cannot help – as we have no control over your site and have no information what sort of network problems might occur in the datacenter.

Hello Eduard,
Parallels doesn’t steal domains. You probably noticed Parallels name on a page where your domain was previously hosted? If that’s the case – just call your hosting provider, as they probably suspended your domain for some reason. In most cases it is either expired, or overused traffic/resources or you didn’t pay them in time. After you handle the issue with them, I think they will be happy to recover your domain.
Parallels name was shown to you only because it is a content of default web page, shown to people if their target site is not available for some reason

Ftp is created and it is not working please provide a proper tutorial so that issue can be solved and documentation given is not good
please provide password creation not automatic but allow user to enter the password manually
2 votesYou need to contact your hosting provider for resolution. Plesk always gives you a way to provide password manually.
