don't force drweb after an update.
on 11.5.3#43 I removed all drweb components and after applying your #44its back!

1 voteThe most likely reason is that you removed only a part of packages, so Autoinstaller believed it is still installed and thus installed available updates (delivering also packages which you removed).
There are plenty packages in Plesk, so if you want to remove a component, the best would be to remove it via Autoinstaller.

On the database list page, 25 databases are listed on one page. When I click on 'Page 2', the list should show 26th to 50th item but it shows 11th to 35th item. So the page navigation always assumes 10 items when actually 25 are listed.
1 voteSorry, we cannot reproduce the issue in our environment. Which Plesk version do you currently? Can you do a screenshot?
Maybe you could open the page in the other browser or from different computer and see whether it still occurs?

Usage statistics of running application thhats used the most resources should have a icon in the dashboard
Hi it would be handy to see in the dashboard the applications (mail Mysql or anything ) thats used the most resources in the previous 12-48 hours

1 voteSorry, we cannot assist with such insufficient details provided. I found very few mentions of the problem on Parallels Forum so we have to assume it is some local misconfiguration.

I need help retrieving the password for my parallels plesk panel
My username is admin and my password I have forgotten. Luckily it is saved as a cookie on my computer but I will need to find out what it is very soon. Please let me know I use a windows OS I don't know how to run the command line suggested.

When adding a webspace remove www prefix
When adding a webspace remove www prefix. Sometimes you might have to add a new webspace for a mobile site without the prefix www. It could be slighly confusing. I had to create a seperate webspace because I needed a dedicated IP address for my mobile site.

For the former (1) – what kind of problems you have from www prefix?

Fix bug on VPS can't overide configs to open_base_directory
This is a real headache. Why the heck do i spend so much time fighting the file system because simple concepts are screwy.

No matter what i do, i can't get apache to let me access webroot folders. obviously i don't wan't google indexing this folder so the only safe place is above public.
Countless hours wasted. In cpanel it works. plesk it doesn't
my hosting company say not our job. really disappointing. the only way to get open base directory access is to use cpanel by moving server again... headaches downtime lost money.
1 voteThere is no bug, you simply didn’t configure your open_basedir right and strange that your hosting provider wasn’t able to help. The solution is easy – go Websites & Domains > PHP Settings > open_basedir, then select “{WEBSPACEROOT}{/}{:}{TMP}{/}” option. Actually it must be default for all new versions of Plesk.
