  2. Problem Configure SMTP dont work

    Dear, I need the SMTP port to configure IMAP emails added to my panel, I tested with 143 and 110 IMAP POP SMTP 25 but do not work, for example the email account you try to add it and add contacto@vivodeporte.cl vivodeporte.cl smtp.vivodeporte.cl or achievement nor work, please could verify the problem.

    Most likely you confused us (software vendor) with your hosting provider, who are responsible for setting specific limits.

    Our software would let 400Mb or any other limit set for email accounts, yet hosting provider may choose whatever limit they prefer.

  4. Postfix Mailserver Failed!!!

    Postfix mailserver failed, Postfix mailserver default, mail not send!!! 5.1.7 fails, outlook and thunderbird error, Qmail by default try everything smoothly.

    Plesk mail service must make an alternative.RoundCube plesk recently developed an alternative mail service you. Roundcube always a problem, the service stops. We had to continue with the Horde.

    Please guide me how I can create and manage email accounts in our
    package.

    It is strange that for the first time we are having problem of this
    kind... all our previous providers has email account icon in their CP
    and this is the first time I see account details without this basic
    option.

    Please assist ASAP

    Dear Dimitri,

    We are not Matthias, but a software company which CP is used by Matthias. Indeed, admin of the system (Matthias) has an option in our CP to disable Mail. We do recommend to contact Matthias via email, phone or any other channel in order to get this problem solved.
