Improvement in Usability.
I am using the Plesk Panel from Ipad. Everything is fine. But when I am editing any program file, I am unable to select. Hence also unable to copy-paste a piece of code. I don't know whether this problem exists only in ipad or not.
Another problem is with tabs. Each program file is opening in new tab-fine. But when I have to change tab, the whole page refreshes. I think this can be done by ajax. So that working with multiple program files become easier.
1 voteDid you try our Plesk Onyx 17.8 preview? It contains changes in the Text Editor, so, it might be the issue is already fixed. Change statistics app
When we change the statistics app to a plan and save it. Is says that is syncing, we wait to finish but it doesn't change the app in subscriptions.

We are the authors of the software you and your hosting provider are using, and unfortunately we cannot help with this particular request, because we do not host your website. Could you please explain your request in more detail? What telephone number do you mean? If you need to contact your hosting provider you should search for the contact information on the website of the hosting provider.

The Select under Systemtime for the Timezone isn't correct...

There is no link on your website for extending the subscription(or) to get help on why the website is suspended. If this link is included it will be usefull

As a software vendor, we don’t suspend accounts and cannot help fixing it.
