Log files are very often empty. It is frustrating, when I know it should not empty.

Add ability for Installer to show available MU versions for all existing Plesk releases in the source
There is a need to automatically check if a new MU Plesk version released. Currently, it can be done only launching Plesk Installer on VM with installed Plesk. The desire is to get all current MU versions of all Plesk releases by running Installer on any machine.

Improve customer support.
My idea for us is samething vary simple and important. Improve customer support. It is unacceptable to wait 30 minutes in the online chat for the first response from the attendant. The first impression I have of 001hosting customer service is bad. I hope you will strive to change my opinion

Change Plesk Standard Port
Hy, i have many requests on Port 8443. Portscanning and bruteforce.
Plesk use a many standard ports. Please make it configurable in the backend.

Backup FTP create before new folder with date label
Create a folder in ftp server with date label each backup to be separate or other feature like , delete all files un ftp server before backup.
