My website http://www.bjwzauto.com is unable to access. When browsing get is an error message as this:
A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The specified network name is no longer available.)
And my MsSQL connection database failed

As a software vendor we cannot help – as we have no control over your site and have no information what sort of network problems might occur in the datacenter.

Hello Eduard,
Parallels doesn’t steal domains. You probably noticed Parallels name on a page where your domain was previously hosted? If that’s the case – just call your hosting provider, as they probably suspended your domain for some reason. In most cases it is either expired, or overused traffic/resources or you didn’t pay them in time. After you handle the issue with them, I think they will be happy to recover your domain.
Parallels name was shown to you only because it is a content of default web page, shown to people if their target site is not available for some reason

1 voteSorry, we cannot reproduce the issue in our environment. Which Plesk version do you currently? Can you do a screenshot?
Maybe you could open the page in the other browser or from different computer and see whether it still occurs?

Usage statistics of running application thhats used the most resources should have a icon in the dashboard
Hi it would be handy to see in the dashboard the applications (mail Mysql or anything ) thats used the most resources in the previous 12-48 hours

1 voteSorry, we cannot assist with such insufficient details provided. I found very few mentions of the problem on Parallels Forum so we have to assume it is some local misconfiguration.

I need help retrieving the password for my parallels plesk panel
My username is admin and my password I have forgotten. Luckily it is saved as a cookie on my computer but I will need to find out what it is very soon. Please let me know I use a windows OS I don't know how to run the command line suggested.
