  1. A closed event as a reply to the corresponding opened one in 360 Monitoring

    If notifications about closed alerts are received as replies to the corresponding opened alerts such events will be easier to track. Especially, when there are many servers/websites and alerts for them get opened/closed at different time

  2. Add "Virtual Machine Plugin" compatibility for Proxmox VE

    Proxmox VE is not compatible with the actual available plugin "Virtual Machine Plugin" due to the former does not use libvirt, a dependency which the plugin implements.

  3. Ability to pay not only per month but per year

    For easier bookkeeping and also to save some paper, I would very much like to have the option to pay for the subscription per year (in advance of course) and not just per month.

  4. Slack - how long the site has been unavailable

    Could you please expand the information that is sent to the slack, so that you can see how long the site has been unavailable.

    Detailed information comes to the mail, but Slack does not

  5. Add "tags" to the 360 monitoring

    Add "tags" to the 360 monitoring so admin can make it’s own sorted view.
    1. One extra (sortable) column: custom tag on Websites view to be able to sort it
    2. And admin is able to assign one custom tag per domain on a configuration page

  6. ability to monitor inodes percent usage in 360 Monitoring

  7. Showing uptime in 360 Monitoring in other units

    Currently, uptime is shown in second which is not suitable at all. When a server has been running for a long time, there are millions or even billions of seconds.

  8. Choose partitions to monitor

    The disk usage plugin shows the overall combined disk usage for all partitions in the overview. There should be an option to configure the plugin to only show specific partitions in the agent configuration.

  9. Checking domain reputation in Blocklists

    For some cases, domain reputation is needed as well as the IP one
    If a server has multiple domains on one shared IP address, it will be helpful to check which of the domain gets blacklisted

  10. Ignore specific partitions

    Sometimes, servers get temporary partitions or partitions for some special needs. These partitions frequently trigger alerts about disk usage because they are limited by default.
    That would be helpful if it was possible to exclude partitions from monitoring manually.

  11. Perform phone calls as a notification channel in 360 Monitoring alerts

    It is possible to send SMS but not a phone call
    Some service providers allow sending SMS to landline phones. That would be helpful either to have the possibility of sending such messages or phone calls as a separate notification channel

  12. Allow custom payload for the webhooks

    Some services like statushub require specific hard-coded payload for the webhooks to work properly. It would be nice to be able to configure exact payload data sent by 360 Monitoring:

  13. Add a plugin for physical RAIDs

    Currently, 360 Monitoring allows checking the status of the disks and software RAIDs. It would be helpful to monitor hardware RAIDs as well. For instance, with the MegaCLI utility.

  14. Down time in notifications

    When you send the notifications (no matter if webook or email) about the website back online, it would be great if you could add how long the issue took.

    AS IS:

    UP: www.example.com is back online
    alert closed

    TO BE:

    UP: www.example.com is back online (it was down 1 hour and 15 minutes)

  15. Add a plugin for monitoring mail queues on Windows

    There is a couple of plugins for Linux but not for Windows.
    It would be helpful to have similar plugins there as well. At least for popular mail servers (i.e. MailEnable, SmarterMail, etc.)

  16. An ability to configure thresholds for major/minor outages on the status page

    Currently, the status page shows this: MAJOR OUTAGE (<99%)
    However, it might not be considered a suitable value for everyone. Sometimes it is needed to have less strict values (e.g. 90-95%%). It would be great to have the possibility to configure the value and, moreover, to have at least two metrics (major and minor).

  17. Show maintenance windows on the status page

    If a maintenance window is set it is not visible anywhere. It will be helpful to see on a status page that a server/website has maintenance at the moment

  18. Add an API method to create maintenance window for Websites like for Servers

    There is a method to create it for servers:

    But there is no such to create it for websites, even though they have same functionality.

  20. An ability to check the security settings of a website in 360 Monitoring

    This helps to improve security. For instance, send an alert when a website used to have basic authorization configured but lose it.
