    I see the request has already been made, but no feedback has been given as to why this request has been made. We would like an auto reply option with the ability to set a delay time to not make it look like an auto reply. As well as being able to filter based on what keywords are mentioned in the e-mail. This way we can auto reply frequently asked questions but not make it loo like a auto reply and therefore make it look more professional.
