often times a reseller or server owner will not relinquish root-level credentials for movement of a single site to a new destination. a tenant would have only their plesk subscription login details. PMM should include functionality to connect using these credentials, start a backup, possibly with a remote destination (the target server), and then restore that data when the backup is done.
