It could also happen when you may have created multiple subscriptions for the same client (1 domain under one subscription for the same client, so for example, if the client has 5 domains you may have created 5 different subscriptions for the same client, each subscription hosting 1 domain.)
I didn't find any way to fix that and found that I'm required to do a full backup for the website that I need to move to another subscription, delete the subscription not wanted and restore the website under a different subscription for the same client.
Beside the IP for the website that may change, everything else stays the same, there should be an easier way to move domains from one subscription to another for the same client with multiple subscriptions.
