    As a Drupal developer that is using Plesk based systems since years... believe me in one thing... use the console instead.

    For git, drush and composer Plesk just creates huge problems instead of reducing work.

    Also be sure, that u don’t use the root user for your commands.

    Drupal on its own is fragile enough .... to try to fit it in a auto driven system is a little bit too optimistic.

    You must be able to react to problems... learn and use workarounds instead.
