  2. Subnets in SPF record not allowed

    I am not sure why are you even parsing TXT record values, because those can be random text, but one of our clients were trying to add following SPF record:
    v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ip4:85.119.184.0/21 ~all
    syntax of it is perfectly valid but failed with error (see screenshot).

    Later we tried adding ip addresses one by one and it worked, but if this is intentional then this is by far the most annoying "feature" you have ever implemented.

    There is no validation of the structure of TXT record values, except total string length and printable characters, so Plesk accepts the “clean” string from your example without any validation errors. It is possible that you’ve entered some non-printable characters.

    Buen dia estoy armando la pagina web, tengo la version 11.5 necesito cambiar el apartado de redes sociales a mi pagina me aparece un listado y lo pone, pero lo que quiero es nada mas poner LinkedIn y twitter, como lo configuro para hacer esos cambios porque no me los da

  7. modify the default spf record in the dns template

    Currently the default SPF record in the DNS template is:

    v=spf1 +a +mx -all +a:<hostname>

    Which fails with some checkers because the -all should be at the end. The default record should be:

    v=spf1 +a +mx +a:<hostname> -all

    I had to change the default to this to make sure my records passed all checks. Otherwise I would have to modify the record for every new domain added.

  8. Let restart FTP Service over the panel!

    There is no way to restart the ftp service inside of plesk and after a long resarch, I can't find a actual way how to do this...

    If we are talking about Linux, ProFTPd is running through xinetd.d there. It means that there is no standalone process running all time but xinetd.d launch ProFTPd each time when someone is connecting to port 21 and then this process ends when connection has been closed.

    Plesk for Windows already has the feature to restart Microsoft FTP service in Tools&Settings → Services Management → FTP Server

  12. Cakephp not working

    I have a subcription on plesk: hodeco.vn
    Before cpanel's new version was updated. My site still work, but today hodeco.vn not working now. Website build by cakephp and provided a file web.config. Please let me know why it always occur error. Thank you!
