put somewhere the "Users" tab on the mobile version of Plesk (via browser, not the app).
The USERS tab is nowhere to be found when you view Pkesk via a mobile browser.

Quick Access Menu
So many awsome tools in Plesk.
But poor menu (left side bar)
If one could add any (autorized) tools to a quick menu...
Think about databases, ftp accounts, files...3 votesCan you clarify what tools you’d like to add to the left sidebar? It’s possible to use Custom Buttons now to add stuff there, FYI.

Display more subscriptions for a single customer when more than 100 are present
On plesk 12, if a client account has more than 100 subscriptions, the interface shows ONLY ONE of them, telling that it is not possible to show all subscriptions in this situation.
The panel completely ignores if the user clicks on "display 25 items" or "display 100 items": I think this is a bug, but it could be by design. If so, it would be really nice that, in case of more than 100 subscriptions, the user can display them in blocks of 100 subscriptions per page.
1 voteWe have already improved this particular area in Plesk 12.5, where you can add more than a 100 subscriptions to a single customer. Thus we recommend you upgrading to Plesk 12.5.
By the way, what is the business scenario that requires adding so many subscriptions to one customer?

Scheduled tasks Add user dropdown
When logged in with the main admin/root account click in the right hand column on "Scheduled Tasks" takes me to the Cron jobs that I can setup.
There is no indication as what system user will run the task? This has cuased a couple of my crons to fail and struggled to find the issue.
Eventually I found I needed to under Main nav - Server tab then to Scheduled Tasks.. this takes me to the users lists that I can set cons for specific users.
Very confusing!
1 voteIn Plesk 12.5, you can select the system user while creating a scheduled task. A drop-down menu was added for that purpose.
Note: You can specify a system user only for server-wide scheduled tasks, but not for scheduled tasks of a webspace (subscription). The system user of a webspace is used to run scheduled tasks of a webspace, and that user cannot be changed.

Order Webspace dropdown by A-Z
It would be quicker to find webspaces in the webspace dropdown if they were ordered by alphabetically A-Z. At the moment they appear to be ordered by created at time, which when you have a long list of webspaces can take a while to pick the exact one you're after.

Provide an option to Print Domain and Sub-domain List
I am unable to find any option in Plesk where I can print a List of Domain and it's Sub-Domains. It will be great if we have such option in this Control Panel.
1 voteYou can see all domains and subdomains in ‘Domains’ list (left menu in Service Provider mode). This mode is available on WebPro and WebHost license types (http://www.plesk.com/#editions)

Filter possibilities for domains and subscriptions
In the domains and subscription overview there is only the possibility to sort by column. It would be nice to have some filters above the list. For example to show only the domains of a certain subscriber or the package-type.
Right now, as admin, it's a huge list, with hardly no overview.

Cache Functionality Tools
Cache is of huge imporatnce in hosting performance of web sites.
There are presently zero tools to help this in a simple way.
This would aid server management enormously.

a way to retrace steps configuration Plesk panel
I have noticed that its sometimes dificult to remember changes I have done in the Plesk Panel. If there is a way to retrace my steps, this would help find a mistake easier.

panel.ini customization
It wouldbe nice if the Plesk UI was more customizabl via the panel.ini file (or via the UI settings in the admin section).
For example we would like to hide PHP Settings, as we use CloudLinux PHP Selector, but we cannot do this currently, without disabling PHP support. It would be nice to be able to hide this, and any other icon we do not want to keep, from the customers domain view.

On File Manager, there should be a way to Rename files.

What about a start or tutorial page for new users built into the Plesk web app?
My dedicated Windows Server 2012 server came with Plesk 12 installed.
I'm new to Plesk. All of those settings are quite overwhelming. I don't even know where to start. Do I create users first? Do I create Service Plans first? How does a first time user even know where to start?

Multi-select for menu entries
ist there a way to select multiple entries in a menu like the mail-queue (attachement)?. shift-click doesn't work, it would be nice if it did.

It's time to stop using Frames! The logout time is so short that I get logged out all time, and it's a pain to always have to navigate back.
