  1. Make mass selection for files and folders

    When I need to select several files or folders I have to select them one by one. Could you add a feature to select several files by holding Shift button, for example?

  2. Reseller plan import/export

    It would be great to add functionality/extension for such purposes, the same as for hosting plans (https://www.plesk.com/extensions/hp-exporter/)

  3. Add the "Switch View" button in Plesk interface for Resellers

    When logged in to the panel as the Administrator, it is possible to switch between Service Provider and Power User views using a button in the bottom left corner.

    However, this button is missing when logged in as a Reseller. It is still possible to switch the view via Tools & Settings > Interface Preferences, but it is not as convenient.

    Please add the "Switch View" button for Resellers as well.

  5. Set dates in the bandwidth calculation based on the initial plan billing date

    Be able to customize/manually set the starting dates in the bandwidth calculation based on the initial plan billing date.

    I.E.: If my customer plans is from (15 / november / 2020 - 14 / December / 2020), how can i set this dates in the bandwidth calculation for this subscription).

  6. Plesk backups scheduling by default after plesk installation without any request to change

    On any Plesk server 18.0.29 has been installed by default recently (ie fresh install), Plesk has been enabling backups by default to run every night. We can't see any notification of this change of behavior in the release notes. It should be possible to decide to enable backup on initial Plesk installation as this of course uses significant disk space, this has caused us considerable disruption and cost.

  7. Configure default View Mode for the Resellers and Customers

    Plesk Obsidian introduced the Dynamic List View Mode and some of our customers are having problems understanding the new GUI.

    It would be very helpful to configure the View Mode at the Service Plan level:
    - Disable the possibility to change the View Mode
    - Configure a default View Mode

  9. be able to set list view quantities and keep it what you select

    you only have one list setting so its spanned over pages...be able to set a list view and remember it.

  10. separate logo change for login page and top-left corner

    Currently in Tools & Settings > Branding it is possible to change logo for both: login page and top-left corner.
    It would be nice to make the feature more flexible: separate logo change for login page and for top-left corner

  11. Separate notifications about each of entities included in DiskUsage

    Currently it is possible to set notifications about "Whole" Disk usage of a subscription (mail, databases, web files). Yes, it is possible to exclude some units for calculating in T&S > Server Settings, however it would be great if customer/administrator received notifications about each separate resource overuse, that can be defined. (Mailboxes or web)

  12. View panel.log in Plesk GUI

    Please make the panel.log file available to view in Plesk GUI.

    It would help in troubleshooting issues that show no warning or error messages in GUI, and provide a way to investigate issues if SSH access in unavailable for some reason.

  14. Review the location or the behavior of Users tab

    Currently, Users are linked to Customers, but the menu to manage Users is located under Subscriptions.
    No matter what subscription is selected to view users: in Plesk > Subscriptions > example.com > Users tab all the users of the customer are shown, no matter to what subscription they belong.
    Please review the behavior of the Users tab: move it to Customers (Plesk > Customers > John Doe > Users) or show only the users that can manage this subscription under Subscriptions > example.com > Users tab.

  15. Display server health widget on the home page in Plesk Obsidian

    In Plesk Onyx, there was a Server health widget in the home page, but in Obsidian it's no longer available because Advanced Monitoring + Grafana doesn't include this feature.

    This missing feature in Obsidian was really helpful because it allowed to understand the server status on a first sight, this widget was showing clearly the status of the CPU, RAM, Disk, Network and Service with representative colors.

  16. Implement an Auto-Update function for Skins

    Since the release of Obsidian, every new microupdate changed significant CSS classes in the Skins, which required our custom skin to be edited each time. However there is no way to deploy the new versions automatically.

    My suggestion: Implement a way for Skins to be auto-updated.
    The meta.xml-File in the skin could contain a new field like "official_url", which is then regularily checked for a newer version, than the one currently installed.

  17. Limit Service Plans management to Additional Administrators (Restricted Mode) and Resellers

    We are trying to create an Additional Administrator with Restricted Mode or Resellers but it's not possible to restrict those users to manage the Service Plans.

    It would be great to add the possibility to hide the Service Plans option in the menu by restricting their permissions.

  18. Add comment to a service plan

    It would be nice to have possibility to add comment/note to a service plan.
    Since plans have to be created for every reseller, it would be nice to have something that could signal that it is the same plan on another reseller.

  20. Extend async progress bar by executed scheduled task arguments

    The list of scheduled tasks already contains the arguments of php scripts, while they are missing information in the asynchronous progress bar.
    Tasks started at the same time, which differ in the arguments of the same script, are indifferent from each other.
