  1. "Add another" button when adding mail

    It happened to me a few times that I had to create a bunch of mails, over 100 mail accounts. I'd be really nice to have an "add another" button on the bottom, which saves the new account, but reloads the page so you can add another. A minor feature, but think it could make someone's life easier.

  3. Provide access to specific subscriptions for Additional administrators

    Provide an option for Additional administrators to access specific subscriptions. This can be achieved by adding the subscription selection option to the Restricted Mode settings.

  4. Autoreply works based on calendar picks

    It autogenerates an email based on the text and variable fields based on calendar pick. You choose a standard email from your pre-generated emails and it gets updated through calendar.

    e.g. "Dear all, I will be on holidays from <<DD>> of <<MONTH>> to <<DD>> of <<MONTH>>..

    e.g. "Dear all, i will be out on sick leave from <<DD>> of <<MONTH>> to <<DD>> of <<MONTH>>.

    This is for people that need to manage the autoreplies of all their colleagues and need to manually input all this each time. For example if for that employee last autoreply was of sick leave. I…

  6. Order custom buttons

    It would be great to be able to customize the order of buttons shown in the right sidebar from Plesk GUI. (see attached image: default-order.png)

    For example, let's say to move the last button to the first position, so the customer will notice about it. (see attached image: custom-order.png)

    We are setting different custom buttons in Plesk for our customers and we want to set this custom order to call the attention of the end-user over the default Plesk buttons.

  7. Preview files larger than 10mb directly on Plesk File Manager

    When trying to open files larger than 10mb on file manager:
    Unable to display the file. The file size cannot be greater than 10485760 bytes.

    Plesk has a limit of 10mb hardcoded when viewing files on FileManager

  9. More Tooltips

    Maybe one hint to improve the Plesk GUI: Why don't you integrate a lot more tooltips to give more explanations to the parameters?! Each and every setting should be explained on "mouse over" ...

    This tool is great for this: https://github.com/qTip2/qTip2 and provides nicer tooltips than the one I have seen in Plesk so far.

  10. Restrict customers from granting access to panel for mailboxes

    Give administrator permission to restrict ability to enable access to panel for newly created mailboxes and existing mailboxes for customer.
    So the checkbox "Access to the Customer Panel" is not going to be visible under customer in Domains > example.com > Email Addresses > Create Email Address or for already created mailbox.

  11. Custom Buttons per customer

    Customers may add their own Buttons for several reasons, eg. Link to the CMS Administration.

    Therefore i suggest the possibility to create custom buttons on a per customer base.

  12. 404 statistics

    Hello,

    Please add functionality to see all files caused 404 error in accessing domain.

    It is possible to see domain statistics in Domains > example.com > Logs, but there is no global 404 error information.

    Web Statistics doesn't show files location.

  13. Forbid customers to remove some specific folders via FileManager or FTP

    It would be very helpful to add a new feature in Plesk in order to deny customers to remove some specific folders via FileManager or FTP.

    For example:
    Currently, any customer can get in website root folder /var/www/vhost/example.com/ > Select all folders > Remove them. This can cause a big problem as it will remove error_docs, logs, httpdocs, GIT keys and other subdomain content.

    With this new feature, Plesk administrator will be sure that these folders will not be deleted, however, the customer still will be able to create, modify, content from his folders.

    Currently, "Subscription expiration warning" notification is sent per subscription.

  15. Show timestamp on plesk notifications & timeout for disappearance

    Plesk should include timestamps on each notification that pops up.
    We as plesk administrator should have an option to enable pop up timeout to appear in the ui and set it by seconds/hours.

    For example, if you add a domain and a pop up of failed SSL installation appears will make customers wonder if there's a problem and contact support.

    If you installed a new wordpress instance, the pop up shows that wordpress was installed, but when?

    If there was a problem running any task, a pop up will appear and stay there no matter what, even if it was…

  16. Display the number of subscriptions for a Customer

    When viewing the list of customers, a few domains are listed.
    But the NUMBER of subscriptions for each customer should be a new column, and a very useful one!

  19. Filtering on Domains view

    Hard to navigate the site list when it gets longer.

    Would be great to have filters, most importantly by Status (active, inactive, archived).

    Hide disabled sites by default.
