Turn off MSSQL databases when subscription suspended.
On Plesk Panel when subscription is suspended - MSSQL databases is available, but is not ok, need to turn off MSSQL databases if subscription is suspended.
1 votePlesk disables users of MS SQL, so they shall not be able to access MS SQL database once it is suspended in Plesk. If your users can access MS SQL database, that would mean some server problem or perhaps DB users were not added via Plesk.

Mailqueue View Sender Account
Show not only sender and reciepient email adress. Show the account (Email-Adress) of the authorized Sender. Would be a great feature, if a mail account was hacked. So you would not have to check mail logs.

I miss a functionable ticketsystem inside Plesk for my customers, I rent a server from a hostingprovider
I rent a server from a hostingprovider, I check out App like osTicket, but this is not usabel to support all my customers I host as subhoster on the server. So I ask for integrate a ticket/helpdesk to use with clients and customers.
1 voteIf ticket system that is currently present in Plesk application catalog is not up to your needs, you can choose any other ticketing system and create APS package for it using documentation from https://doc.apsstandard.org/2.1/legacy/ , then add this package into Plesk.

I discovered an error. If I fail a hostel and back to activate the FTP account created with hosting stops working. No matter if you change the password, stops running forever. This error requires me to create a second account FTP whenever suspend a hostel.
in the example photo account "aeduco" never worked, I had to create a second FTP account. This problem has occurred with all accommodations.

Please use SNI feature on modern OSes with latest Plesk version.—
