I miss a functionable ticketsystem inside Plesk for my customers, I rent a server from a hostingprovider
I rent a server from a hostingprovider, I check out App like osTicket, but this is not usabel to support all my customers I host as subhoster on the server. So I ask for integrate a ticket/helpdesk to use with clients and customers.

If ticket system that is currently present in Plesk application catalog is not up to your needs, you can choose any other ticketing system and create APS package for it using documentation from https://doc.apsstandard.org/2.1/legacy/ , then add this package into Plesk.
